This story is about people from that generation. They were hard people with soft hearts. Generous and caring. Not like people today soft and hard hearted. Selfish and uncaring.

My mom would take me & my brother's to the Des Plains McDonald's on 27th Street from Chicago just for the hamburgers & fries and shakes! Of course Shakes were for adults only! Especially because they were the most expensive item you could buy at that time 35¢, hamburgers 15¢, cheeseburgers 20¢? Drinks only two sizes small & large 15¢ & 25¢ and fries one size 15¢ you could feed all four of us for under $3 bucks! I believe that's why my mom moved us out to Des Plains in the 60's just because of the McDonald's later they had stores in Chicago & Elgin Illinois my mom's favorite trick was to order a hamburger with no onions! I knew she liked onions but she told me! That way you always got a hot Hamburger! Later on I grew up in Elgin Illinois at LHFC on 1212 Larkin Ave! And Bear Family open a store across the street from the Larkin HS on Larkin Ave in 1969? At the Grand Opening they had Gale Sayers there he was rehabbing his knee but the Bears gave all the kids From Larkin Home free burgers, fries & shakes and we all took a picture with Gale afterwards he stopped the Home all the Kids went crazy! I grew up eating McDonald's food and still do! If it's hot and the fries aren't dead! I'll put their fast food up against any other fast food! They still have the best tasting fries! Damn I'm old! Great Bio about ex -shake machine salesman Ray Kroc "1955" also met the original Ronald McDonald!
I'm pretty sure that Ron, though homophobic, did have sex with another man while very intoxicated, though he barely remembers it, and that is how he got HIV. I don't think that Rayon was a drug addict, either.
Its not evil for the defense to defend their client as well as they can. Thats how our legal system is supposed to work. If you don't like cross examination of abuse victims, then we have to change the system, not blame attorneys for defending clients.
Every year thousands of Americans who have the means to do so travel to Mexico for surgeries, other treatments, and medications that they can’t get here due to FDA, Insurance company and other medical facilities regulatory agencies policies. People needing Experimental drugs and organ transplants make up a large portion of these numbers. Here you can be turned down for a drug trial or taken off a donor list for a needed organ simply for having the “wrong” lifestyle IE: using drugs, drinking or even smoking cigarettes. There cash is king. It seems odd that a country that prides itself on personal freedom and capitalism has so many regulations that mire innovators in red tape that takes years, sometimes decades, to overcome in order to market their product to people. I’m not saying it should be “anything goes”….truth in advertising and legitimate lab research are absolutely necessary when it comes to new pharmaceuticals be sold to the public, but in cases when said treatment / drug has already been proven effective or at least not detrimental on humans in other countries what is the real reason it can’t be sold here….in a nation that’s supposed to encourage freedom of choice and encourage competition in business?
I Never Watch The Ending I didn't want to see what happens?? If he goes to jail or if he gets killed. Some movies I don't want to see it End to this is one of them. I rather Imagine them living a good life...
Whoever said the main character is racist, you’re the most shallowest person in the world. This guy went through an Asian War; don’t expect him to be nice to Asian people.
I didn't notice his daughter-in-law wearing his wife's pearls at the funeral. I know he mentioned it later but missed Walt looking at them on her. Despite their relationship being bad but they were just terrible disrespectful people.
I had The same kind of a childhood. My dad used to start beating me when I was 2 to 2 1/2 years old and beat me constantly until I was 24 years old and he would always say when I got older don’t hit me back that’s disrespectful and when I saw the scenes in this movie, I cried because I had been there And every time I see this movie and see that part I cry because I know how it is when you think your dad beat you up constantly one time my dad took you a canna beer that was not aluminum rubbing in the box I was only about 11 poured it over my head. I’m a press the tin can of beer in my temple.
Actually, Dirk Pearson to solve the mathematical equation and in myt and handed the equation back to the teacher, and the teacher said no one can solve this equation that fast and he looked at the paper and said the answer is wrong and Dirk Pearson said it is right and the teacher said this has been the mathematical equation for like eight years and that’s not the right answer and Dirk Pearson said, then you’ve been giving the wrong answer out for eight years they went back the mathematicians and found out Dirk Pearson was correct. Thanks, Rick.
I'm crying. My mother died of complication of HIV-Aids. She got in the 80's from my crackhead step dad. She fought it, with meds and purpose. He was hell on our family. Many stories. But most of all he took my best friend from me. But she was more so my best friend, because I grew up knowing she would pass. Brenda L. Taylor May 21, 1953-Feb 3, 2003.
