Hi, we are the Vincents (AKA Monique, Nick and baby Owen).
We live in Lake Macquarie NSW Australia and love to explore the great outdoors any chance we get! We try to fill life up to the brim with travel, nature and adventure while we travel around.
In our free time we are off hiking, camping, learning about native plants and animals and generally just enjoy being outside as much as possible!
Our big dream is to spend a year or more traveling with our little one (or little ones by then), watch as we do our best to make this dream a reality.
We did a port arthur/ hobart cruise few years ago... port arthur was amazing/ creepy at the same time.... then you go to where the cafe was and see the port arthur massacre memorial and think what a waste of life
Hii, my husband and i are also going camping this summer with our 3 month old baby🥰 Can i ask: where is your baby sleeping? In the rooftop tent with you two?
I have h4 black.. h7 black .. her 5 session.. Fusion... If you avoid using the Electronic Image Stabilization EIS/Hyper smooth.. i use a removu s1 gimbal.... you will achieve better low light.. dynamic color range. exposure etc... Especially if you guys use GoPro labs to increase the bit rate My H7 black has better color than the new DJI and insta cameras... Also they dont run hot.. only warm
@Vinceventuring Yeah, I've been to Tassie twice and would love to do the campervanning or catch the SOT and drive my ute around and check out the camp-sites all over Tassie. 😍
Woah the boat trip looks amazing! I'm considering to take a boat trip with Pennicott Wilderness Tours, and I see that there are two options: Tasman Island and Bruny Island. I was wondering if you had done a research on the difference between the two?
Thanks Steve. Loving our “new car” it’s a 2014 but the owner seemed to really look after it and we didn’t have to do a thing which is a bonus with a one year old and 2 full time jobs 😂 really appreciate you always tuning in 🥰
Nice video guys, we went to Mt Wilson last Sunday, it was super busy but the weather was really nice so didn't mind the crowds. We went to Bebeah in the morning, lunch at the Cathedral of Ferns Campground, Breenhold in the evening and sunset at Du Faur Head 🌇
Oh I’m so sorry we didn’t include this. If there are any points in the video that you’d like to know where we are or what we are seeing let me know the time stamp and I’ll let you know xx
I was recently watching your walk where you both got drenched walking through the Gorge after heavy rain and googled the park to check out it's location where I saw most of the walks were closed due to possible landslides and earth movement detected. Maybe that was a reason for it being so quiet
Hey that walk was filmed before all that happened thankfully, definitely check each time you do a walk that it’s open. The National Parks website is the best place to see up to date information and we always check. This one the car park is just being redone but the walk is open.
@Vinceventuring www.nationalparks.nsw.gov.au/visit-a-park/parks/blue-mountains-national-park/local-alerts It shows here that it was closed that section if I am reading correctly from the 10th of April
I went camping there with my Son around 14 years ago my son being a lot older than your bub, he was aged arond 10 , we had a Great time. You guys have a lot of memories ahead of you that are yet to be made,. Enjoy. Thanks for posting. Mogo Zoo you can feed the Kangaroos great fun. Robertson and the Robertson pie shop, Kangaroo valley, Carrington falls, Nellie's Glen the Blue water holes, Belmore falls, Fitzroy falls are worth a visit also. Gorilla beach is really nice Cheers
Fantastic area to visit. I was there last week ... Did the Summit walk to the top from Charlottes Pass and returned to Charlottes Pas via Main Range Track.... In hindsight it would have been better to do it the other way around. I want to go back and do the walk to the summit from Thredbo
We did the main range hike from charlottes a few years ago, what a great hike but boy it’s a big day isn’t it! It’s definitely an area that keeps us coming back time and time again, we love it!
Congratulations on 1.5 k subs well done. Yes those trips happen but the memories turn into laughter after a while. Hope the window wasn’t too expensive. Which drone did you get, i just got the mini pro 4 before our trip
Thanks mate. Were already laughing about it. We actually got a new (10 year old) car and this time went an aluminum canopy with no windows haha! We got the DJI mini 4 pro too, barely had a chance to test it out yet but keen to learn, were total L platers with drones.
I had the same happen to me on Fraser Island with the canopy window exploding! I think the cold and the pressure of the gas strut isn’t a good combination. Hopefully the gaffa tape doesn’t take off your paint as the glue in my tape did after being in the sun ! 😬
It's a pity that NSWParks does not mention wheelchair access on this site or other caving sites. It took me 2 hours of searching to find out there is very little access for the disabled. It is unfortunate that it is no use for me to travel 2-3 hours and $20-30 to look at 2 minutes of caves.
Gosh that is really slack of NSW NP. I really hope with some of the upgrades they have been doing in many areas there is more that is wheelchair accessible and make the information on it east to find for those that need it. If you are ever in the blue mountains the fairfax heritage walk is wheelchair accessible and comes out at a gorgeous lookout.
