So when's the documentary coming out? All I can find on imdb are a bunch of things from Alex Agnew, who is apparently ...a Belgian standup comedian? XD
Dude nailed the voice - which is KEY. The intonation Rozz uses is so much of what made that band so great (alongside the Rikk Agnew guitar shredding) - damn, nice job. Faithful rendition, of course!
This is dumb, why isn't Rikk involved, you know, the guy who actually played and recorded guitars on the original song. Why not James McGearty on bass, you know, the guy who actually played bass on the original song. Both of these guys still live and perform in LA.
yep this is the closest voice to mimic Rozz. Good job, should get together with Rick Agnew and do something, call Only theater of pain band. and go from there.
Just about to go to sleep and thought "listen to some Christian Death" . This popped up, had to listen. Couldn't be happier - great recording, excellent vocals, really captures the chaos of the OToP record . The guitars building up to a frenzy, lyrics like something from a surrealistic nightmare or Hieronymus Bosch painting. Thanks so much - hopefully people can discover Christian Death and all the associated projects of the individuals involved. Only Theatre of Pain was like 'Nevermind the Bullocks..." but for dark, creative music. - 1334 -
That's exactly what I came here to say, I was fortunate to hang out and have a few drinks with Rozz at Coven 13 just months before he died. I will never forget it. 💔
