Clive Staples Lewis FBA (29 November 1898 - 22 November 1963) was a British writer, literary scholar, and Anglican lay theologian. He held academic positions in English literature at both Magdalen College, Oxford (1925-1954), and Magdalene College, Cambridge (1954-1963). He is best known as the author of The Chronicles of Narnia, but he is also noted for his other works of fiction, such as The Screwtape Letters and The Space Trilogy, and for his non-fiction Christian apologetics, including Mere Christianity, Miracles, and The Problem of Pain.

I strongly reject the pictures of Buddha statues n idol temples in sharing about prayers to our Almighty God. It is misleading n distracting, even disgusting to the Holy God. Is it necessary to show such pictures? Do you want to contaminate the subconscious of viewers?I don't recommend this video to anyone.
I found the narrative to be helpful. However, the pictures of or from non-Christian beliefs were distracting and disruptive to focusing upon God's Word. I would not recommend this video. Podcast would be better for me.
Pray & always ask for the Holy Spirit of God & of Jesus, that will guide, teach, & intercede to God for us for our own personal benefit by searching our hearts.
The oral commentary was fantastic! But why the idols in the background? What is the subliminal message you are trying to convey? I think C.S. Lewis would not approve of the background.... :(
I had to pause this and repent and pray because I'm guilty of the very thing he's discussing. Devaluing with my mouth. Being condescending to those I view beneath me somehow, when they're not!! It's me! I have convinced myself that speaking my truth is ok not regarding whether or not it may be hurtful, so for that, I am wrong! I repent of this sin and ask God to forgive me. I will go to the person tomorrow, God willing, and ask them for forgiveness because it has been a subject of contention between us, and even though we work closely on a daily basis, I know she doesn't like me, she just tolerates me because she needs the job, and I need her help! It's my fault, and for that, I am truly sorry. God, Your word says, You are faithful and just to forgive us of all our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Please forgive me Father. Amen.
