For the people asking about bulletproof cars, somebody in chat explained it to me the other day, they get into the server but the developers do not know until after they're in the server and being used. That's why you don't see them being snuffed out before rpers get their hands on it.
I heard that if you MAKE the car bulletproof they don't like that but the hummer and 1 other thing as long as your not using it in a war or anything LIKE that then your okay.
Until its removed it ain't abuse, unless they are actively hunting people using that car. Same way g6 truck drivers don't really have to pull over but eventually do once they get pitted into a tree or a wall or they decide trying to escape ain't worth it.
