and when you look at the assembly manual, in your video it’s the opposite. the handle to change the height is inside on your video and outside on the editing book
Kinda old, but the trick is to add foam pads and other things to make the footplate higher. Otherwise you'd have to invest in something like a Bodycraft F760 (which is close to $1000 more, but similar floor space required.)
Ist diese Maschine auch für Leute mit 1,90 Körpergröße zu empfehlen, bzw. liegt der Kopf bei der Größe beim Schrägbankdrücken noch auf der Bank? Und wie lange dauert der Aufbau der Maschine und ist spezielles Werkzeug nötig?
Ich habe diese Maschine für mein Personal Training Studio in Italien gekauft. Ich kann zustimmen dass es ein sehr gutes Gerät ist. Sehr gut für Anfänger und Profis. Einer von meinen Kunden ist über 1,90 groß und kann damit sehr gut trainieren... Zum Schluss es ist ganz einfach aufzubauen... Kauf es, du wirst damit zufrieden sein 💪🏾
