Hi, and welcome to my channel! I love well-crafted stories and I love talking about them with others! This channel started off being a place where I could comment on/react to/review/critique movie/tv show trailers and post movie/show reviews. It has since evolved into other types of reactions and commentary videos, but from the beginning, my intent was to make videos that were more like a discussion with you, the viewer, rather than just a presentation. The way I am in my videos is exactly how I would be talking if we were conversing face-to-face. Like I said - a discussion! While you're not actually in the same room with me, let's "talk" ... share your thoughts/suggestions about movies/shows/etc., in the comments and I will do my best to reply. Just please keep it civil. Recommendations always welcome. Thank you!

Very interesting that you mentioned that you were recording "today" and not "tomorrow". If you are able to record "tomorrow" then you have some amazing time-travel capabilities. News-flash, you will ALWAYS be recording today.
Yes, I was recording that particular day rather than the likely-planned next day, given my schedule. This shouldn't be so difficult to comprehend that it warrants a snarky "news flash" moment. Not sure what point you are trying to make ... unless it's just to troll.
Whenever I feel a criticism is not very important or overall a non-issue as far as my general enjoyment, I specifically say so. If I don't say so, then they are definitely *not* non-important to me.
@@CynsCorner They weren’t important to me and might have been easily explained. Harry and Jack Williams have a unique and odd way of writing. The kid never went to the hospital so maybe was faking the broken leg, for one. The first series had a few odd moments too. I give them both high scores. I will give you kudos for your willingness to have an open mind to watching third series. 👍🏼
They might not have been important to you, but they were to me, and I don't think there was a decent enough explanation for the things that were a problem, unfortunately. The first season was so much stronger in the writing and continuity that the issues with season two were too much to ignore. I am definitely willing to see the third season, if they actually make one. I hope they do! I like the characters enough to want to hang out more with them! 😃 By chance, have you heard any news on that front? I haven't checked lately, so it's possible something has developed and I just didn't know.
I agree Cyn it was a fun movie. I really liked the cameos. I still think the first movie is the best. It was nice seeing Hugh Jackman as Wolverine again.
From the intro I had a great big grin on my face. I LOVED it! I get that some ‘serious’ comic book fans are finding fault, but ffs! That was so much fun!!! That’s what I go to the cinema for!
Yeah, I understand some of the gripes, but as I mentioned in my review (or alluded to, anyway), it just wasn't enough to diminish my enjoyment. I had a blast with this one, and that made me so happy! Glad you did as well!
Glad you loved the movie! I really enjoyed it for the most part. It was just lacking in story. It definitely took me back to my teens with the characters revealed in it.
Yeah, it's strange how the lack of strength as far as story goes didn't seem to hinder my enjoyment of the film as a whole. With any other movie, I think it would have.
Loved to see your enthusiasm with this especially that Hell Yeah at the beginning LOL but 100% agree about certain cameos really surprised this movie was such a blast, great review Cyn so happy to hear you loved this one aswell
I didn't like it quite as much as yourself, Cyn. But we both had some laughs, and thought it was worth seeing. I had a gripes, albeit insignificant. One of them, was the comparative fighting skill. Wade should not be in the same league as Logan (or Cap, or Spidey). But in this flick, they were slapping each other around, almost equally.
I can get why some viewers might have certain gripes with it, but I was just happy I didn't hate it outright and the laughs and chemistry between Jackman and Reynolds (and the cameos) more than made up for any weakness in the writing/story for me. That's a huge plus.
i dont think mcu needs saving. lets be honest just because some mad people are angry about how the movies are going online doesnt change the fact that they still doing fine. they had some bad movies but not nearly as bad as people make it out to be and alot of hated movies online are considering pretty liked by cinema going people ...
I'm being honest by saying the quality of the MCU is pretty bad right now, so it definitely needs saving. Disney has a terrible habit of sullying a lot of things it touches.
Nothing will save M-She-U it's over.. most people already moved on.. Deadpool however will for sure pass the billion because it's a great movie on it's own.. the only way Disney MAY revive the MCU corpse is by forget about the Woke Agenda and never mention it ever again to anyone.. all diversity hires need to go, they can't be in the writer room or anywhere close to a movie set.. maybe then people will notice and come back, but if after Deadpool & Wolverine we get the next woke crap like Agatha most of the people will just shrug their shoulders and ignore it as they did with the most crappy Marvel shows in recent years.. shills however will love it but unfortunately they don't generate money..
@CynsCorner aww you are sweet. But I found a spoiler video ( just talking about cameos) and just made me more hyped to watch movie. I think they are all great. But the one I'm most interested in knowing how big of a scene X-23 has in movie. I swear, Daphne Keen said she wasn't going to be in the movie. Why do actors gotta lie like that . Frustrating! I know Tatiana Muslany said for YEARS she wasn't playing She-Hulk . Andrew Garfield said he was done playing spider-man. All lies.
I think it's going to be one of those bright spots that I've mentioned would happen after Endgame. I don't plan to see Captain America 4. Not all that excited for Thunderbolts either.
if any part of a computer. cpu,gpu is pushing 80-90 c* over time, get fresh air to it👍either better pc design with good placed fans or get it of a carpet if it's on one. good reaction video:)
This was alright for me. I didn’t like the love triangle and it’s definitely one dimensional characters. The third act was the best part with the gas plant blowing up.
Go back and watch it again. You'll see how many things you missed. It's actually much more than just a movie. This takes cliff hanger to a complete new level.
I didn't miss enough to warrant another 3-hour sitdown with the story. I wanted to enjoy this more than I did but there was too much getting in its way, unfortunately. Hopefully someday it can be completed; not sure what's going to happen with Chapter 2 at this point though. :(
This one didn’t really appeal to me so I haven’t been to see it. From your review, I think I’ll wait and stream it when it’s available. I’m all for a long-haired Jamie Campbell Bower though 😂
Sadly TOO long & Far TOO many dis-connected story-lines! I agree with Cyn's "honest / realistic" review!!! Kevin most usually does create very good ""westerns"" BUT, ...... this 1st chapter of 'Horizon' is ALMOST as bad as his worst movie foray, "Waterworld"! Will be amazed if Chapter 2 - On can redeem this series. Give me lot's more of EPICS ...... like 1883, 1923 & Yellowstone!!!! It's TOO late now, but ONLY Taylor Sheridan could have tailored "Horizon" into another Western GEM! BTW, I was most put-off by the total absence of ANY dirt or ANY dust & real-world wear & tear on most of this film's clothing,...... as it supposedly existed in the 19th century!
Don't let someone else's opinion spoil it for you. Watch it. I was glad I did even after the "negative" reviews. I don't regret buying it so I could watch it a second time. I was surprised how many little details I had missed the first time.
@@WilkysMoviesandMusic have you seen the many positive opinions on this movie? This movie is an absolute gem in my opinion, a must see for cinema on the big screen 💎🍿
Great review Cyn i have been hearing a lot of praise for this movie i do want to check out this movie but i can def see why you were feeling like what was the point, i love that main characters cant get into the tornado yet the background people get sucked up LOL
I largely agree ... too many stories and too long in telling them. But ... In a year where I feel I have seen so little depth in the movies I have watched, so little gravitas, this did deliver something that I enjoyed, and want to see more of.
Great review! I haven’t watched it yet for a couple reasons. 1. I’m not big on Westerns. 2. After the reviews were pretty mixed, I lost more interest lol. Oh and it’s long lol. However, I do still want to give it a watch.
Oh, interesting! I wasn't aware you were a fly on the wall at my house and in my email account. I guess it's time to put out more fly traps. Thanks for the heads up!
I was super disappointed by this one. The storyline was sooo bad. The acting and effects were fine but they had so little to work with. Like you said “What was the point”?
The implementation of trying to “tame” tornados was creative-probably total fiction liberties-but I liked it. It was something new and not just “different.” As far as other aspects, I’ll detail those in my video… 😎
