When was this filmed? We fished there during the tournament July 13, and most boats were only getting lots of small 8-11” kokes. There seemed to be more bigger fish earlier this year.
Memories! I fished Flaming George in the mid nineties with a friend who live in Wyoming. We trolled for Kokanee and caught the largest I've ever caught. The were just a little smaller than the Sockeye Salmon caught in Alaska. A great memory. It was fun watching he two of you catch those beautiful fish.
I like to use big flat fish. But more important in my opinion is putting your lure in the right place. You gotta put it right on the bottom. Good luck!
