Very well sir,but even if we concede that dy/dx=2x how we can know the exact speed of the car at 5 sec interval even though we know the avarage speed is 40 km/hr. I am from a medical field without any training in calculus but trying to understand it out of curiosity. Pl.explain what we can do with 2x.regards.dr.s.r.latkar😊 r

It's really your teaching excellent.before 22 years i did 12 th standard. But due to maths fobia i left my maths subject & i did the graduation in biology stream. Currently i am persuing the the B. Tech process engineering to clear the concept of derivatives & integrals it is very easy to to understand me thanks for creating such wonderful videos

Very easy sir. For √2. On the number, from origin take 1 unit, and mark it A. Then from a Draw a perpendicular MA. On MA take B which is 1 unit. Join OB. From OB draw an arc on numberline. The reason is very funny. The OB which is √2 is the RADIUS!!!. so wherever it cuts on numberline will mark √2. Ye maine khud pata kara, school mai teacher nhi bata paye, which I very wholeheartedly understand. It would be very hard to teach when 10-20 children are shouting non-stop.
It's been 6 years I am watching this video, probably once every 3 months. I watch it again and again just because it gives me a feeling of intuitiveness for math-calculus. Actually idk why I watch this video again and again.😅
