Hi Jordan, Im seriously considering a Roscoe 8 after watching your fun!. Did I see that you had installed a Hope hub? Is this Bontrager Drive on the same bike now, just wondering why the change (if so) and could you let me know the part numbers for them. Thanks

Good to see you upgrading from the hardtail. I recently went from the Roscoe to a Giant Trance. I recall your mod vid on the Roscoe, where you said something like "I never thought I'd spend 18-1900 bucks on a mountain bike". :) ......you're hooked now. Thx for the vid.
I have a Roscoe 8. First upgrade was a 70mm stem replacing the 50mm. All they had in stock at the time was a Medium. I ride an M/L. Also pushed the seat back on the rails. I also bought a Bontrager line 30 29" wheelset with the XR3 tires set up tubeless. What a difference. Would like to upgrade the NX rear derailleur. Also replace the NX-1230 cassette with the GX 1295 and XD driver. Should save 1/2 lb. Hopefully it will become the bike I originally wanted! Supply chain for bikes is crazy right now.
I live south of Kansas City about 40 miles south on the Kansas side and here we ride among the trees which is really nice that you can get completely out of the wind and have shade in the warmer months. Do you have those options where you are. I love the trees!
Hey mate just wondering what the spec is on that fork ? My 27.5 Roscoe came woth a 29r fork on it .. I'm guessing for the width . Did you just get a boost 27.5 fork ?
Nice bike. I have the Roscoe 7 with hope fortus wheels and gx cassette and gx carbon crankset with one up carbon bars. Next I'm going to xo1 derailleur and shifter. I like the front fork on yours I may go with something similar. I feel these bikes are underrated. Once you start upgrading it just keeps getting better and better.
