Crazy, I thought Pirates 5 felt off when they said that some captain gave Jack the compass, and at 2:10 Tia Dalma says that Jack bartered the compass off of her. Good job, Disney!
Great scene, but even better the scene following when he's dancing and singing on the stairs. Harold gives it his all. He'd make a great Frankenfurter.
Same! I must have been 7 or 8 when I first saw these movies. I thought then "god, what a beautiful woman!". Guess i always had a thing for black women :p
At 1:57 is where you can see what is supposedly Barbossa’s corpse. Jack the monkey goes straight to the body as a result. This hidden Easter Egg foreshadows his return at the end of the movie. Calypso brings him back. As a kid watching this movie, I always thought Barbossa just turned up alive to her shack.
"All that you ever dreamed of I'm going to make yours this is your lucky day. It was bold move i admit but from that moment on they were my friends, my children, my band giving the world a new God me." 😈
In this she said the compass you bartered from me... But in Salazar's revenge, the scene where jack is young, the old captain gave him it before he died? It confused me a little
Lestat finds some rodents and turns them into gods, lol, what a description! could you imagine one of them saying, 'oh LesTAT youre such a butt kisser" HAHA. hysterical...
This movie needs to be on Netflix. For those comparing him to edward, twilight was extremely successful and its not a horrible movie either. I mean, theres a lot of different kinds of vampires in movies, games, books. Well, its worth saying, that this movie was way more iconic than the weird interview with a vampire movie. I think my favorite vampire movie is the first 3 underworld movies. Definitely gotta like this one though. Really is a late 90s/very early 2000s cult classic. Really captures the 90s aesthetics perfectly. Ummm. I guess blade is alright. He had a complete trilogy, even if it had stuff about it i dont like, i absolutely dont ever want another blade movie. Ohhhh theres also the best Dracula movie ever, Van Helsing. Only issue really is the plot and ending, seems super weird Dracula wanted feral idiotic vampire bat babies, id assume he would be obsessed with becoming a day walker or something. Easily the best Dracula in a movie. Btw, dont watch "dracula untold" that movie is terrible. Its the worst modern vampire movie ive seen. Like its bad. Sure, the concept of a old vampire nosferatu making dracula sounds decent but that movie was all wrong. For vampire fans i highly recommend playing skyrim. Allegedly elder scrolls online is awesome. V Rising only has 1 game ruining flaw, the camera angle not offering different perspective options. Dante from dmc might not be a vampire, but hes a immortal who can turn into a dragon bat demon which is comparable. Highly recommend dmc5.
Because the people who wrote that movie didn’t know shit about POTC lore. Also they apparently wrote crystal skull as well so add that to the list of things they ruined
Tia Dalma saw Will the next captain of Flying Dutchman. Willian was the last people look and talk. - Name? - Davy Jones. Ragetti say the words, but Willian finish your prison.
