For many years, I have been recording events ranging from elementary school and high school plays, choirs, and orchestra concerts. I shoot primarily with Sony cameras, including the A6300, the A6600, and the AX100. The cameras are mounted on Sachtler FSB8-T and Vinten Vision Blue 5 tripods to allow for smooth and fluid movements.
I record my audio on camera with a Rode Videomic and off camera with the Zoom F3 and H4N pro digital audio recorders connected to Rode M5 microphones.
I love how you guys played it! This song is just incredibly beautiful! I have the second violin solo for our performance assessment piece. The way it goes through all stages of the slaves running away, it tells such a story. From planning an escape and running away to reflecting on their life to celebrating their freedom. By far one of my favorites and this is coming from someone who loves playing fats songs.
