Nice video mate ! It's very nice to have big units video in thailand ! However, even though the video is in 1080p, it doesn't seem like it on the screen... weird....
The appartement is really nice and the condo looks very luxury. It is too expensive for my budget. But I am sure you will find someone to rent it. I like the way you present the appartements. Anyway, one thing you could improve for your next videos is to spend more time to show all the facilities. In the present video you show the beautiful swimming pool only. We do not see all the facilities : such as the entrance of the condo, the gym room, the children playground, the garden inside the condo, etc. It will be also nice to see the corridors from the lift to the appartement.
I forget.... one information that is also missing is about the parking place. For your next videos, it would be nice to inform if there is a parking place available. If it is included in the price or not. If not, how much we have to pay as additional cost for a parking place.

110k baht I can live in a gated community in a 3 to 4 Bedroom house in Las Vegas. At least show some apartments that are realistic in price, I cannot imagine someone pay 3k for that sorry. I live in Pattaya by the way in a newer building with more amenities for $600 USD a month
I think that's more likely forrigner's price. In Bangkok there is foreigner fees... I think it's like 30 - 50% more than what locals pay. Currently, the condo I'm staying was introduced by my agency's client. For the record, my client owns many condos in Bangkok and that's how I got my condo but when I compare the price in the market it was like 40% difference.
@successwithbrian you’re comparing prices from Vegas to pattaya. first off Bangkok is a major metropolitan city not like Vegas or Pattaya. small town small prices. like your small brain
@@CondoThaiTour Thank you for the reply. Very very steep price as we pay that here in the over inflated states and are looking to avoid these prices if we choose to move overseas. I hope Thailand doesn't get like here with these prices...
