I have been experiencing missed/ sudden stronger heartbeats which is very scary. All the heart scans and tests showed nothing wrong so I think it’s due to perimenopausal hormone shifts. I wonder if hormone therapy will help.

I was looking up Dr Sanveen kang and found this very interesting interview. She is a very qualified speaker on the topic but it is not a topic we want to share with our young 8-year-old children, as the host suggested. And it doesn't help for the host to desribe teens as "aliens from another planet". Such uninformed stereotyping really does not help parents to connect with their children.

This video is really educational. I have been trying to search for a vid similar to yours that teaches the stuff in this RU-vid vid. 🥼 🧑🏻⚕️Your video really is like the channel from this awesome Doctor Ethan! Dr Ethan's demonstrations are informative and he helped me a lot on diet! He is an insightful medical student on RU-vid and he talks about medical school. As a man, I often think that the caning that is imposed in Singapore as a deterrent to sex crime (and other crimes as well) is probably a very effective way of promoting safety and respect for women. Do you feel this way or do you think that the punishment is too severe and maybe should be modified or discontinued?
@@AnjaLSL Most people are surprised to hear that up until the mid 1900s almost every nation used some form of flogging for some crimes, especially sexual crimes. Nowadays, it is mainly less developed nations that do that. Singapore shows that being an advanced nation and retaining corporal punishment are not necessarily mutually exclusive. I see so many videos of women saying how safe they are and how safe they feel in Singapore. I have zero doubt in my mind that the threat of caning for men who commit crimes sexual crimes plays a big part in creating this positive environment for women. Obviously, corporal punishment should be delivered as humanely as possible without unnecessary excesses, but being a man myself, I often think that the threat of some form of whipping, in addition to time in prison, for sexual and violent crimes against women is exactly what is needed to facilitate safe and respectful gender relations and harmony. I say see the benefit in the strong deterrent of flogging not only because of the strong testosterone-fueled impulses that men feel and the physical strength advantage they possess to impose their will, but also because women need to feel that justice is done and harms to them are meaningfully punished. Some people think that whipping is not civilized, but it could be argued that it tames and civilizes the men while making life civilized for women. Some people think that society has evolved beyond the need for flogging, but I say that men as a species have not. This is why I see some wisdom in all the video camera surveillance, caning for sexual misconduct, and even posters reminding men of the consequences of inappropriate sexual touching in the transit system make sense.
