heel, then toe when stepping, big strides one in front of the other. it makes it easier to walk. ud think models did it for runways but no its actually practical as a practice with heels.

It’s honestly cruelty to put a young woman in those from she 14. Her bones will never be shaped normally now. I bet she wears them religiously because they’re most comfortable now and she walks around on tip toes when barefoot.
Nooo girl I have the same shoe, it’s called Napa leather and those are the “comfortable” option 😭 they told me that’s their stretchable leather. But I will say I have the KATES not the SO KATES which is a little bit shorter by an inch. It was made for shorter people (im 5’2) because it will literally ruin your spine and make you look like a hunchback.
Maybe they’re that much more uncomfortable because they’re preloved? Maybe a cobbler needs to restore them before they’re comfortable. The leather on the toe box is probably worn in and less cushiony. I’m convinced Zendaya does something to hers so she can walk all day.
It's because the heel is positioned at the back of the shoe, making it put pressure at the back of your ankle. Heels that are centered to the heel and wider at the bottom are MUCH more comfortable
the best way to train yourself to wear stilettos is to graduate your heel height...gradually to give your body a chance to learn how to balance at each level and gain muscle memory. don't start at 5" start at 3" then 4", etc. until your body is comfortable. you should be able to comfortably walk, jog, skip and deep knee bend with little effort or pain. ask me how I know.
No. Just no. I'm also small and I'm extremely aware that higher people have longer feet and thus a bigger more stable platform apart from the heel to rely on while walking. Please don't try to copy Zendaya wearing the heel of the same hight but not the same shoe size. Please don't torture yourself.
Years ago, I watch a lady tip toe in these at the mall. It appeared she purchased at Nordstrom and walk out wearing them to flex. She didn’t get very far either. 😂
