Hi everyone! Welcome to my channel! On here I share my passion for trying different nail polishes, and maintaining and styling my natural hair. I also have an interest in home decor, and every now and then I act a little silly!
Zero is not really needed if your looking to save on cost number 3 does it all. Their shampoo and conditioner #4 and 5 works really well. Olaplex #6 is a leave-in you can use with a foam mousse for extra hold. 'Try simplifying your routine '. One suggestion,,,, after using Olaplex 3 and shampooing and conditioning there's NO Reason to use a Mask or Deep Conditioning your defeating the purpose of the #3. Just go right into styling using non-paraben, non-sulfate products.
I just started my ola plex journey. I am doing my second treatment. I did not see any results on treatment one but I am going to stick with it and see what happens.
Thank you, I usually do as little to it as possible meaning I try to keep my fingers out of it. I let it get volume naturally each day but sometimes I’ll lightly pick it at the roots. Oil my scalp every 3 days and wear a bonnet every night 😊
It came out absolutely beautiful. My hair is very similar to yours. It's fine. Low porosity. And we go through so much working with our hair😊 This roller set came out with so much volume I am definitely going to try this one. I just have to figure where did you find the large 2-in rollers was that Sally's beauty?
I just found your channel and I absolutely love this. You put every emotion I have when I'm doing my hair together in this one video lol😂😂😂. Sometimes I feel like I've been in a fight trying to get my hair to respond and become what I see in my head...😅 You look absolutely beautiful. You did an amazing job. Sometimes you have to go back and pull out the lottabody!!! New subscriber here! Hellooooo
Your curls look great, thank you for sharing your product reviews! My curl pattern is very close to yours & the curl defining cream that I was using for my wash & go was discontinued😢 watching your videos gives me hope that these products will work well with my curl pattern too. How do you get your wash & go to last for a few days? I have to wet my hair, put cream/ gel & sit under the dryer every day for my curls to pop
Thank you 😊. I’m so glad you found this video helpful. You are so right. It is very frustrating when they discontinue a product that you love. To get my wash and go to last I usually use a gel that leaves a cast. I also sit under the dryer to help it set. I don’t fluff it too much 1st day. I let it get bigger naturally. The gel that gives me a good cast is the Bee Girl Honey Curl Custard by The Doux. But you gotta use A LOT of water when applying it or your cast will be like CONCRETE.
You have a beautiful head of hair. 😊 You did an awesome roller set. I love it. 💜 You gave me confidence to keep trying to perfect my perm rod/roller sets. ☺
I think you did a good job. Based on how it looked when you took your bonnet off in the morning, I would wager that it may not have been completely dry when you took the Rollers down. Lotta body can actually make you think it's dry when it isn't. I would also suggest pin Curls on top of your head with scarf or bonnet to sleep instead of a pineapple. They will help maintain the curl.
You were supposed to shake those curls and not pick them apart!!! They were beautiful and silky prior to the end results. When you said you couldn't go outside with your hair like that, it was actually beautiful! You only needed to fix the back to remove the huge part that showing. Next time try it that that and tame your edges just as you did. ❤
Wow your results came out great.🥰 Your texture is looser than mine but I'm going to give these products a try. Have you tried topping the 808 with the BeeGirl mousse?
I’m never cutting my heat damage off again because I did the big chop due to heat damage, and got heat damage after my first silk press after the big chop! so sad.
😂😂😂😂Lord have mercy I haven’t laughed this hard in a minute. Lotta body is very drying for my roller sets and does not hold against humidity. I learned the hard way too, but it didn’t turn out too bad.
I have been doing this for decades. The key for me is to leave the curlers in overnight. Uncomfortable, but the curls stay until the next wash day without friz!
@@yolonaturally If you can’t sleep in them, try starting early in the day. Once the Hour and a half is up, turn the dryer to the coolest setting for about 10 minutes, then leave the curlers in for the rest of the day to let the curls completely cool and set. See if that helps. Good luck.
