I love that what you’re talking about here, from the point of view of sensing, is ultimately an inviting of experiences. When we think about what the senses are; taste, smell, touch, sight, hearing and the lesser known sense of proprioception (movement), we find that these are all experiential. And experiences are about receiving and perceiving, taking it all in through the senses. As I move into my 50’s I think way less. I react way less. And I receive and perceive so much more.
