Hello there! I'm excited to connect with you. It's great that RU-vid guided me to your video, and I was genuinely captivated by your instructional breakdown of the roles of a contract attorney in a short video. Your exploration of themes like encouragement and finding meaning in difficult situations is truly commendable. It resonates with the focus of my own channel, where I strive to offer hope, encouragement, and meaning in challenging times. Your unique perspective on these matters is highly regarded and valued. Your video was effectively presented and informative, which is why I not only liked it but also subscribed to your channel. Keep up the fantastic work - I eagerly look forward to more of your content!
I’m an individual and I hired a non attorney company to work for me on behalf of me filing a complaint for disability discrimination with the EEOC against the company that fired me due to me making a HIPAA violation on accident due to my really bad vision. I had asked the company for accommodations for my disability, that were never made to me. Somehow a company that I will not name here, got my information from someone and they reached out to me to ask me if I would like their services. After they explained how the process was going to work and how much they charged, I went into an agreement with them paying them so much up front and then every month. I’m a registered nurse and I worked remote for a huge insurance company. After we filed my complaint with EEOC and the results came back with merit to pursue a lawsuit, the company that I hired told me that they would resubmit my claim because they found errors in their findings. I guess they wanted EEOC to file the suit, but in the meantime, me not knowing how all this stuff works, I lost out on the opportunity for a right to sue. The company I worked for showed no remorse and gave me no explanation whatsoever. Would this be a breach of contract?
THE PARTIES NAME AND ADDRESS INCLUDING APARTMENT NUMBER MUST BE PRINTED LEGIBLY OR THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE COURT. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN IF IT IS WRITTEN ON THE CONTRACT AND ALSO UNDERLINED?.
