So pretty!!! I love watching different people's different processes! It's so great to see that there isn't like a "right" way to do it. It was so interesting to see how you focus on specific areas of the spread. I know that I do that and realize that I want to make sure that I do the same in other places and sometimes get sidetracked and realize that I didn't finish what I was originally working on. Beautiful spread! I so enjoyed seeing it come to life.
ah! so excited your did a PWM. You did amazing and I love this kit so much and loved hearing your process. I’m going to need to slow down what you do with trimming the alcohol ink swatches. You were like Mcguire! I too am pleading (internally and silently in my head) for foiled flowers to add to spreads. More options please.
Yes!!!! More foiled florals 🙌🙌 I will say that I saw some from Paper Trail Plans (DANI15 for 15% off) or I think I have some from Sadie's Stickers too (DANI20). I have a friend that says gazebo as “ga-zay-bo “ vs how I say it “ga-zee-Bo” lol. I am pretty sure I’m right but I was thrown off and second guess all things 😂

Well for me, I mentioned in your survey that I don't personally use that many headers since I typically like to do tilted boxes. I basically only use the headers to delineate my date cover section from the rest of my spread. I get why shops would offer the different size of deco in a single listing, but I kinda wish we had combo sheets with a smattering of the sizes so I wouldn't need to buy three different sheets for one spread when I know I'm not going to use all of them. And yay for all of the box liner options. I love them. I will slowly be collecting them. Jardin is french for garden, fyi

Hi Dani, I just had to run and look through my stash of kits to see if I have fairytale from Miss & Meow and 😅phew, I’m so glad I do, it’s so pretty. I also panic bought from Miss & Meow😂. @@daniwithaplani you would love Australia, we live in Melbourne and my daughter has a friend who live in Arizona, she came over and we took her to Phillip Island and she hand fed kangaroo’s we watched the fairy penguins come onto the beach, we ate fish & chips on the beach, she asked for prawns on the bbq and we made her an Aussie pavlova, it was such a great day. My daughter took her into the city, they had a fancy high tea and went to the library, which is beautiful , the girls went on to Sydney and had a great time. I have been to the US to Disneyland, which was magical , but I’d love to see more of America 🤗

I love that you print out pictures and memory plan (and that your granddaughter looks through them - maybe a future planner 😘) 💕 Unfortunately, it was a kit from last year from Hello Petite Paper. However, she currently has a pink and blue kit in her shop now called "Awakening", one that has more of that birch tree vibe if that's what you are going for called "Winter Cottage", and one that I did pick up because I loved the deep blue colors called "Warm Heart". For most shops, that I'm aware of, they have a percentage off their shop and they offer money each month that you can use to spend on their products, so you are able to promote them better.
Still watching, but I had the SAME thoughts with the sidebar color washes! I just opened them yesterday and was saying all the same stuff, like oh crap I’m going to need more of these and here’s what I’m thinking, etc. So funny! I think I said the same thing with the marigold alcohol ink…I think there wasn’t one? Because I went back and looked and it wasn’t an option if I remember correctly. Harriet Wright has sales of her full box pages periodically- love her shop- she has a bunch of options that are really interesting for journals or travelers notebook style uses. I still have a bunch of travelers notebook B6 strings and rings and have been thinking about getting back into those planners- so her options are intriguing
Yes I was tempted to buy just the full boxes but I felt like she had updated the kit format enough (to my personal liking) that I wanted to give it a try. She really had a beautiful style so I'm hopeful. Thank you for watching and sharing- I appreciate your input 💕
All cute things! Ah there are just so many good adorable planner things it is hard to choose. Currently I have a mix of honeybshop, planning with Kay, TCMC, and once more with love. I started out with the happy planner stickers but went to little shops as I realized I wanted specific things and not entire books I didn’t completely use.
This is exactly how I started about 5 and half years ago. I did the Happy Planner and the sticker books, but then got into kits (started with doing shop kits about once a month), and then I got hooked. I also started that journey with SPC, OMWL, Caress Press and other small shops that aren't really around anymore. But I just started falling in love with this style of planning and dove in during the pandemic. That's the beautiful thing about this hobby, so many options, so much creativity, and you can make it what you want 💕 Thank you so much for watching and sharing your thoughts!
I agree with you re HWD. HWD was one of the first shops I bought from. I also have her A5W memory planner and love the quality of it. But, now that I have experienced other kits from other shops, I struggle with HWD's kits. I love her full boxes, but I feel like her kit design needs to be refreshed. Some florals are goods but some of them are very bouquet like and are hard to use. Also, I have noticed that she is just re-releasing kits but with different names and maybe a box or two are different/re-vamped. But, they are essentially the same kit. Not sure what's going on but I feel like releasing something as new versus bringing a release back lacks a bit of transparency. I also wish she does kiss cut for her deco. I'm not a fan of the big white border. I still purchase from her but I can see my purchase history reducing since I have a lot of the kits already that she has released and/or am being more selective with the floral shapes. My very blunt feedback as well. I'm a fan of her shop and her customer service. I would like to just see more hopefully in 2024. She has a mystery kit that I'm very intrigued about.
