I feel like this would be at the end of one of those sci-fi short stories where the enemy has finally been vanquished and the last remaining survivors gather around a torn and tattered flag which has slanted on a diagonal, and slowly anyone who fought and lost people fall dead from exhaustion as it fades away and the song begins to start. Idk, maybe ill make that into a book idea or something one day, but I love minor keys and how they sound (so much better than major keys which are too cheerful) cause minor keys give that human emotion you need.

This Version of the anthem hits really hard. As someone who is Anti-War, seeing the protests burning of our Nations flag is just heartbreaking. America Is a Nation of Peace and Freedom, Not a home for Violence. I will always love America and all that defend her.

We shouldn’t put our hope in sketchy politicians, he’s just as corrupt as Harris. He makes false promises after fear mongering that he will fix everything on the first day. I love my country, I really do. But I can't support what we do and then try to mask it as "freedom" I love this country and frankly because I love this country I want it to do better, to make me proud again to fly the flag outside, I cant remember the last time I could. I can just imagine the statue of Liberty as a real person and me just giving her a hug crying and saying im sorry we failed you. I want to hug our flag again and cry with it but i just cant. When I cry its because I truly feel we have failed not only our people and founding fathers but the meaning of Liberty itself. God let us come back from this
Well boys, we are “progressing” so far that we have brought back racism, communism, and xenophobia (but in reverse, which is Oikophobia). Where traitors are labeled patriots…and patriots, traitors.
