Hi I have a Laguna Swift 4x8' and when I push the "Home" button in my DSP Controller Richauto A11 the router moves correctly to the home position that is set in Y- and X+ But when I manually move the router to Y+ or X- the router goes off the limits and "crash" with the router structure I set the Table Size in the DSP Controller to: X Size = 1219 mm Y Size = 2438 mm Is that correct or I have to modify that numbers or another option?
Made according to normal Chinese machines. When Home is pressed, the machine moves to the X- and Y-positions. That is, the machine is in the front left corner.

hi I have a problem. new 50w laser. I installed the drivers for windows. then I open ezdca2 and when I press the light button, ready comes out and the program freezes. if I turn off the laser the program unlocks. plus it doesn't give me the red light figure or even marking. can you help me thanks.
Are you using our company's machine? The pulses of each machine will be different. First, you need to confirm which drive your machine uses. Know the "segmentation" parameter of the drive settings.
Is your machine an ATC machine, or does it only have one tool? If it is an ATC machine, the length of each tool needs to be written into the tool manager. If it is a single spindle and a tool. Just write the Z axis to the Z value in G54.
I have a laguna IQ with a RichAuto system A18E handheld controller when I turn it on then go and home x y z axis x and y moves like it should on z i go to zero z on the work piece it stops 4" above it and on the handheld on z it shows zero on z so not sure where on the handheld to change z pharameters can anyone help me out thanks

When I press the toolset buttons the cutter moves up instead of down. When I touch the cutter with the touch plate the z axis stops and retracts the set distance. I have auto updated but that did not resolve the issue. Thanks
Hello. Thanks for sharing the video. It explains very well how to calibrate the machine axes. I have that same model and it is currently vibrating when moving in the "Y" axis. Any idea what could be happening with the machine or what I should check? Thank you again
