Hi Graham, I hope you're well. I'm working on a documentary set in 2000 and would love to use this footage in it. Do you have an email I could please reach out on? Thanks so much, Yasmin
Hello, I don’t know how to send you my email privately I don’t know if this could be a scam or not so I would contact you if you would send me your email thank you
Iubesc Grecia, Insula KOS si Hotelul Continental !!!!,este a fam mele Vatamanu Elena Ioan,!!!! Prefer ça primaria orasului Kos sal administreze !!!!,am un singur copil Andrei !!!!
Wish you could've made seperate videos showcasing breakfast buffet - lunch/dinner buffet ( for half board guests) and of course the room . It’d be more useful for those who are going there for the first time instead of seeing this and getting confused whether the buffet you showed in this video is the main buffet or not . Thanks !
Yes the hotel is near the airport. It took us about 45 minutes on the coach but it dropped off at three other hotels first I should think it would take less than 20 minutes in a taxi.
There were no shades on the patios, but one side of the patio was shady in the afternoon. We wanted a patio in the Sun but some of the patios were very shady. I think if you requested one with more shade you will get that.
The taxi service we use was called Kareem but we only used it once twice. The normal taxes were very reasonably priced but avoid the limousine style taxes which are very very expensive. We went on one short journey and the cost 90 Durhams and when we returned in a normal taxi. It was only 12.
The side of the pool where the bar is was very sheltered. The restaurant it was more of a café. I can’t remember the name of it but it was obvious in the big tall building on the seafront. When you went inside the hotel there was a separate lift for going to the café.
I don’t know the name of the beach, but it is next to a very expensive beach club called the boat yard. We went there in a taxi and it wasn’t very expensive and he dropped us off at another bar, just up from the boat yard.
We went on the 1st of October, slightly different cruise than you I think because we went to Key West. Enjoyed your videos. We’ve still got to do some more yet we’ve put four online up to now but I think we have enough to put one or two more on yet with Miami and Key West. We have bad weather in Miami
I wondered when it was, but then saw a member of our family in the video. I have made and am making, videos covering the same cruise. Your first week was our second. My equivalent video is here. We went to the beach at Freeport. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QMEwtv3FqTU.htmlsi=0ct6jG8B4V7UaJrA
Thanks for this video - really useful as we are looking to book something similar for next spring. We too are fans of Death in Paradise and I’m curious as to whether you booked the Guadeloupe tour independently and if so who you booked it through? Thx in advance.
The ship was all-inclusive so I presume you mean on the beaches. We were buying buckets of five beers or four beers and they were quite v reasonable, at about $16-$18 except on the American islands were they were much more expensive more like $45
Thanks for the wonderful video. I am going to Marella caribian cruise in December 23 with my husband. This is our first cruise, never been before. We bought the the basic package and with a basic room deck 2/3 (I do not understand is it 2 or 3?). Please let me know if possible to sleep in a room like that? My husband friends are saying to upgrade for a balcony room but they want £1500 extra. is upgrading worth so much money? What deck you was on your criuse? Please advice. Thanks a lot
We phoned the company and paid approximately £100 more to be moved to a higher deck. We then paid £50 more to pick up Carpet which was an inside cabin with no windows.
We paid approximately £100 to upgrade to a higher cabin and then we paid an extra £50 to pick a cabin which we thought was in a good position on the deck six the cabin has no windows
There’s no smoking in the hotel, but my wife smokes electronic cigarettes, and she got away with it being discreet she smokes a lot We did see some smokers standing at the bus stop outside.
Thanks for the video 👌💯 thinking of going next week. Trying to decide between an other one. Can I ask you? Can you get busses into the main town from the hotel?
@@veganfortheanimals662 yes there is a bus stop just outside the hotel very convenient spot just behind the swimming pool but there is not much to do near the hotel. It is in a very quiet location. The beach is quite small and gets quite crowded. However there are a couple of bars at the side of the beach.
We only booked eight days before the holiday and it was £1450 each including flights all the drinks for two weeks on the cruise ship. We upgraded To deck six which cost us an extra £100. We then paid £50 to choose which cabin we wanted as I was worried about getting seasick. I wanted to be in the middle of the ship and higher
We only went on one official trip from the ship, and that was the death in paradise one, and it was about £50 each. You don’t need to go on the ships trip if you plan everything ahead there’s lots of information on RU-vid and at most places, there are lots of people with little minibuses to take you to the popular spots for seven or eight US$.
@@gres100 Thank you! Really helpful information 🙂 We're planning on booking one soon so this is very useful! Definitely want to do the Death in Paradise trip but good to know there are lots of other tours available
If you go on that cruise, make sure you apply for an ester as she will need it to go in the American islands. We are going on the American cruise on the 1st of October which does two nights in New York anyway if you go I’m sure you will enjoy it
Just watched this video and would like to thank you as I found this the most informative! I’m also flying from manchester I’m on the cocktails and coconuts.. I’m also going solo do you think I I’ll like it? ❤
