Let her humble herself and beg Nigeria basketball federation and the minister of sports ,go with your father. They will listen to you. Nigerians are good people and will definitely forgive you if you humble yourself, show good and genuine repentance, love and dedication.
It is only the members of the D'Tigress who will decide whether they are prepared to have her among them as a team mate. It would be extremely too hard for them whom she is alleged to have refered to as "monkey" to cooperate with her with a free mind and even herself would be unconfortable with the D'Tigress girls. So it is not much about whether or not the Nigerian Basketball Federation will forgive and accept her (because she easily can be pardoned) but would her admission into the team not lead to others withdrawing from representing the country as they may not be disposed to work with a woman who called them monkey. Liz Cambage made a very reckless comment but the Nigerian Basketball Federation has to work hard to plead with D'Tigress girls to see her as a sister not enemy and welcome her. She is our daughter, we cannot reject our blood more so now that Australia seem to have rejected and abandoned her.

Nigeria athletics Federation needs to do better and be more organised. In 2024, many Nigerians have no idea of what is happening to their athletes and can’t watch their athletes during trials. Many Nigerians are not even aware of the trials that happened last week in Benin city. It’s so pathetic that we have Nigerians running for other countries because we are not organised and don’t even have sponsors. It’s one the reasons many young people in Country do not value track and field events but admire foreign athletes when we have what is required to take the world by storm

I certainly do not mean to be rude to the african people. Nobody has even casually mention the Nigerian player was using her elbow more than once on liz since they got on the floor. Liz had enough and did slap her to get her off of her . Nigerian player stop then decided she would make a break for liz and when liz turned her head she popped liz. The NIGERIAN team decided to throw liz under the bus. As liz was walking away she said "WEAK AS SH$T" 2 to 3 times. When she got to the other side of the floor liz( and walking away and being yelled at by the Nigerian team it is alleged that she called them monkeys. There are witness that were silenced that said that she never said go back to your third world country. Then the Opals turn on her. There is more. Look I am American Black, I have had Nigerian women braid my hair back in the day ,and they had American prices and Nigerian prices and I called them on it. Needless to say by the time I was finished, I was out of the door never to return. Fine by me could not have work out better. Liz said she is pro-black, perhaps to show her critics that she has recognized her mistake, or maybe she wants to return to her roots as a way of apologizing for her mistakes. If she is serious about representing her homeland, I would advise her to first apologize to the Nigerian team and the particular girl she attacked. Nigerians are known to be loving, forgiving, and hospitable, and they would likely forgive her because she is one of their own.
Liz Campage is our daughter, her father is a Nigerian, she is young, she must have made a mistake with her comments in circumstances she could not control and if she had apologised realising her mistake, she should be forgiven without reference anymore to her ugly comments. Parents could not in any circumstance three away their daughter or son just for erring once with unacceptable remarks, she had been rebuked for that and I think the matter must be closed. She could still be an asset to our Basketball Team at any time. I plead on her behalf that she should be forgiven and be incorporated into the Nigerian Basketball Team.
Have watched her videos and my conclusion and advice is that she is hot tempered,agressive,and she will definately have issues with our girls,so its better she isnt accepted
The D'tigress and the coaches are in the pole position to take such drastic decisions. She has proven to be a bully and will be a big problem to tame among our girls and coaches. But, she messed up big time.
When people say bad things you don't hit them. You outsmart them or ignore them. When an idiot hits you and your teammates in the face or head. You fight back. Drop her on her ass like the Nigeria girl did. Why should someone get hurt by a bully? I'm surprised one of her own teammates didn't drop her.
If she did not say it why must she attack the Nigerian player.she thinks she is super star and super hero..she would be a virus to the team if she is allowed to join,we don't need her.she can't continue denying and still want to play without apologies
