It's good for building out a totally custom P365. I did exactly this, and used a Maple Leaf Firearms 5X slide with a Holosun K cut, with a Radian Ramjet/Afterburner combo, and X-Macro grip module with the Radian Backstrap/Magwell. Main difference I did was scalping all the slides internals to put into the new slide. Even after the little extras I did (Tyrant CNC trigger, slide release, takedown lever, slide cap), I came out in the neighborhood of a P365 AXG Legion's price tag, but with a much more badass gun.
Ruger Security 380 is great shooting as you mentioned... if it works. And in my experience it is poor: uneven feeding ramp, light magazine and recoil springs leading to FTF issues every 4 rds.
10 dollars!!! People on Ebay ,,, $40 for the double barrel ,,,, found mine Today at the thrift store,,,,6 bucks! ,, Only missing the cap on the loading chamber
I really appreciate your review on this. Been on the fence because just like you, it’s a big expense to buy online not knowing if it’s a good product that won’t be easy to return. This is an American company in Florida so that’s also a plus 🇺🇸
Thank you for the review...been looking at the Ruger for a while...Just want something my wife will be comfortable with...we are both getting up in age. My mistake was getting her a S&W M&P 9 shield plus for her first gun. Its my EDC I love it but, bad choice for her. Will try to get her comfortable with the Ruger at the range then....figure out a EDC for her (if she will) Later. Looking forward to more content.
Had similar model. Great hot tub for a few years until mice got into it and chewed into the internals. Bummer. I do not know where to start with trying to investigate since the unit is one big once piece molding. How the hell do you service this thing ? Thinking of cutting the bottom out to figure out where the mice bit into the tubing.
Sig P365-380 for me. Mine has a Hogue grip on it which helps my larger hands and absorbs some recoil. Have almost 2,000 rounds through it, but only needed 100-200 to break it in. Flawless ever since with red dot or iron sights. Sweet shooter!
Ruby Red SpaceX fold away ballet shoes came in same day and are loads more fun and go everywhere this **house toy** doesn't. This will break soon fast. $10? 😮
This POS is so much fun to setup, but that's about it. It doesn't even make any noise, which was why I got it. Mine didn't come with a silencer or a magnifying glass to read the directions, and then instructions say "no eye, no face, and no animal" and then it won't even knock over a red plastic cup... 😮 😢
29-year LEO. Bought one for my back-up and off-duty carry. Don't believe the detractors on .380, I've seen plenty of people killed by them, and I don't mean mag dumps. At under 10yrds, where 90%+ shootings occur, it's as effective as 9mm. Doesn't have the velocity or make the wound channel, but gets the job done. I am completely confident carrying 23rds of .380 at Winn Dixie.
Lcp max my mouse gun❤❤❤...lots of problems with that bg 2.0 like FTF...picky on ammo...and sometimes slide doesn't lock when empty...never had any issues with my lcp max... I got the blue cerokote joint with over 1000 rounds... Smith&Wesson trying to put this gun on top so bad by talking down on the lcp max but it still king of 380s in my book...yes sir
You're wrong about the price of the security 380 I have seen both Cabela's and Bass Pro recently with them priced at $270 and the regular price right now appears to be 299
The ez would be ok if it didnt have that horrible grip safety. If they wanted a grip safety they could've done it better. Id like the security if it wasnt internal hammer fired and i hate rugers fininish. Rugers blued models are horrible in humid climates. Even taking care of and cleaning they rust easier than any of these
Same product for me it doesn't germinate. I am sure that I am doing something wrong. I am using shaker and it puts very small amount of seed. I might have to drop quite a handful as you did in this video. Overall this product does not work for everyone. Scotts product is just overrated.
I own the S&W EZ, but in 9mm. Like you, I found a dislike for the grip safety. If your grip isn't perfect, you could find yourself not depressing the safety correctly and the gun won't go BANG. I solved this problem by slipping a rubber grip sleeve over the grip. It adds just enough so that the safety gets depressed every time.
Only problem I have with mine is that when jets are on or the bubbles get turned on I should say, the temp starts dropping..I have had mine about 4 months now and I'm kinda doubtful on whether or not it will hold temp come winter time..we shall see..overall I'd give it an 8 out of 10..
I have both, and like both have had the lcp max for about a year, ordered 12 rd mags for it, also carry the lcp max from time to time, had the bodyguard 2.0 for several weeks, will also carry it. I think both guns are of good quality it's mainly a matter of preference. The bodyguard is a fuzz bit larger than the lcp max. I give them both a 10 out of 10
One thing that bothers me is the Bodyguard 2.0 has this double ramp to the barrel which adds another snag point for ammo. Concerned about defense rounds (hornady critical defense) getting caught up when needed most.
Put hands on the bodyguard 2.0 and you'll be surprised the difference. I have size 8 hands and can get a full grip on the bodyguard with no magazine. My 42 the pinky finger is hanging off. Bodyguard is lighter and has more capacity.
