Hopefully Pakistani people are able to see and use your converter+ battery also. I have a suggestion. If you include 12v output which is directly connected with battery it's should be really good option. Specially for Pakistani people if in case u planning to sale.
You've said a lot without saying anything. How is it used? How is it connected? If one ahead has 2 PV strings within the SunSynk hybrid inverter and wants to expand using an ac coupled microinverter, how does this play itself out?
Is it possible to connect 3p string inverter to hybrid inverter so the hybrid will work as controller for the battery to help utilize all energy from the PV/string inv? (i dont want to exchange string for hybrid because of warranty for whole installation)
Unfortunately, you have an incomprehensible manner for explaining anything (referring to some of your other videos, as well as this one) . I can't understand your unfinished sentences and the way you flap about. A pity, because I need to learn - just unable to learn from you.
All these videos are far too rambling and unstructured. Tell people what you are going to present and why we need it, then present it then summarise it. Don't just ramble on as it comes into your head. You lose the audience in waffle.
Can ur product communicate with external ats to change from normal to reserve power and then back to normal power when the battery is fully charged. Have experience some setback with other Invertert they bypass grid before battery voltage drop its setting point
Can we have a gen running on 1 of the dry contacts so we can Us an external ATS so we can stop the inverter pushing back when the gen is running. And we can still us the smart loads
while I appreciate the display, my inverter is in my garage. the online app is very slow, and have had it go down a few times. I installed solar assistant that connects to the RS485 port that gives real time data and historic data. interfaces with home assistant too via MQTT to take full control. glad i went with sunsynk but it does need to be supplemented with a product like solar assist to get the most from this product
So on a FIT Payment system where would you mount the AC coupled inverter so you use all the excess solar you send down the grid Without a reduction on payments ( ie not affecting the generation meter reading ) presume anywhere after generation meter.
Earth neutral bond only makes sense when the main neutral can be switched of via a DP Main or a SP&N, Also the floating neutral on the output should NOT be connected to the normal appliance earth, but A SEPARATE EARTH coming from the PEN connection, i.e. at the TN-C point.
I know you’ve tried to do it here but I think you should do a graphical video (bullet pointing features like ATS) explaining the features you can use in the all-an-one SS inverters that other inverters require the add-on”s for. For example I still find myself explaining (sometimes arguing) why I don’t need an ATS for essential loads when the grid goes down because it’s already built in and another example why you don’t need a separate product to use your water heater as a battery because again its built in simply by reprogramming the AUX / GEN port. It still amazes me how many people think the Gen port is just for generators and then go buy a product like the Eddi hot water solar diverter.
Is there any plan to have a bigger screen that we can run a cable to a central point in the house? This especially for elderly clientele that battle to read the screen. That being said, the screen is a major plus for me in terms of after sales and support. Well done!!
We have the 230v Deye 16kW version of this, and it basically allows us to be almost completely offgrid. With lots of battery and panels, we run the entire household on solar. The only times we can't run on solar, the Deye automatically switches over to the electric provider when our battery is at 30% SOC. Only happens when we have heavy rain and very dark clouds, which only really lasts a couple days, even during the rainy season. We don't sell back to the grid, as too much paperwork and setup involved. The inverter / battery combo is basically a UPS with very clean power supplying the appliances. Next house or location, we'll install a similar system, perhaps smaller if we move to a condo. Not havjng brownouts or random power drops is the best thing!

If you want to be taken seriously as a battery supplier you really need to convey that you understand the difference between 20kW & 20kWh. You didn't manage to in this promo
