REBA, the Reward & Employee Benefits Association, is the community group for employers that offer reward and benefits to their staff as part of a wider HR strategy to engage talent and drive success.
Every little helps? Not when said little proves absolutely futile. The mask was used purely to create the illusion that we were in the middle of a deadly pandemic, we were not.
Take a breath sometimes mate. I cant believe how everyone is raving about what he says. Its all been said before by other people. Identfy one original thought. He just talks really fast without a break, and for that reason people seem to have mistaken him for a genius. Likable enough guy with terrible dress colour coordination, but no genius.
Before you write a book, research how economic science changed the term homo-economicus, so it is redefined as a non rational being. By the way i havant seen a good reason for that change. One morectip.. social economi's nudges.
If i am standing up i absolutely cannot be creative or solve a problem. If i sit down, i may or may not be able to. But if i lie down i am 100% likely to solve a problem or come up with creative idea.
My millennial daughter just interviewed for jobs and it was part of our discussion about pros and cons of each offer if it was a hybrid , work from home, or on site. Being a hybrid was a main reason she chose the job that she did. Also her husband works a.hybrid job as a computer programmer. No turning back

Couldn't agree more with the view on Wellbeing. So many options, so many platforms and it is the market's fault! Employees deserve to have Total Wellbeing through Heka!
Absolutely love listening to Rorey Sotherland speak! Always a delightful and therapeutic experience. His talks have a profound impact on how I view the world.
All the research reveals that compensation and benefits have fleeting impacts on employee engagement. Engagement is an enterprise issue, and changing the salary or benefits has no effect on engagement after a few weeks of receiving the new gift. All the problems with the culture remain to stare employees in the face every day. Has WTW ever based its fees on the impact of its work on the client's income statement? THERE YOU HAVE IT.
Excellent topic and great to hear Unilever's experience with delayering, something I'm working on with a global charity. It was reassuring to learn that we're going down the same route even if at the beginning of the journey. I particularly liked to hear that Nicola sees wellbeing front, centre and multifaceted.
Excellent video with a very succinct insight by Soraya on tackling gender-related health from holistic perspectives. Timely for me as I'm currently working with a leading charity with a predominantly female oriented workforce. Much fuel for thought!
This is not temporary... I thought you all would have the inside story or telling the truth... great reset or great oppression. 2 classes, rich or poor... no more middle class.
I need to get back to working out but school is soooo stressful at the end of the semester. I only have a week and a half left and then I can start working out and running again.
Your comment that employees can within 10 minutes "see what salary they should be commanding" isn't correct as meaningful comparsions are incredibly hard to make. For instance, what is a ER Manager in one company will differ markedly in remit from an ER Manager in another company. Comparing salaries on these websites does not yield anything useful, the spread can be 150%. Despite what market survey providers claim, market data is not to be relied upon. The logic many HR people fall for, will mean that all houses which are in the same street should cost the same. Now, we know that can't be the case.
Deborah's delivery will appeal to individuals from all areas of a business as it demonstrates relatively small changes can make a big difference working left make work a benefit not a chore
