Had the same problem at 122 000k km. The same plastic tensioner cracked, but fortunately belt did not jump, so just replaced belt, rollers, spanners etc. Will do next service after 100 000km max.
Its obvious the Timing Chain that rattles while the chain tensioner is dead. Maybe you can fix it by just change the tensioner or you have to replate the Gliding Slides on the inside of the Housing.
now the problem has been found, this comes as a result of the oil pump chain and as a result the oil pump inside is broken, I just changed it and the car is working perfectly 👌👌

Nuk kam shum eksperienc me fiat por ajo me siguri duhet te kete pika faze ne cdo pulexho duhet ta dhikoni me kujdes 1 per 1 dhe kur ta vendosi rripin ta gjiroje me dora para de ta ndezi , ne shum raste fiati e ka fazen dhe ce te jene pistonat ne vije te drejte te gjith ne mes ?
Problemi i kesaj eshte tek zingjiri , arsyeja e mos nderromit nga kilometrat e plotesuara zingjiri eshte zgjatur shum dhe krijon çarjen e pasqyres se motorrit .
