Electrical Engineering RU-vid Content

Channel Purpose: Document everything I'm studying throughout my life, as it relates to Electrical Engineering.

__

Hi Everyone,

I just graduated university in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Leeds, UK. I now work as a PLC Electronics Control Engineer.

The content in this channel revolves around the various different topics I'm studying.

I'm hoping to document my journey to becoming a chartered electrical engineer.

If I can help you in anyway, leave a comment on one of my videos and I'll be sure to reply.

All the best!

Hamed

You saved my sanity. I am new to all of this and someone gave me a Pi and all this wiring to mess around with. The bag had a BUNCH of these blue cheap resistors in it with no labels. I have spend an hour looking up codes and I quicky found out that I had no clue which end was which end with no way to find out! Well this test is awesome. you saved me! Thanks!

during the video you said several times "google if you don't understand" lmfao you're a joke. why make a tutorial if you're telling us to google? lol weird video that does not explain the purpose of EOF. You lack the understanding of the EOF therefore cannot explain what it is and how the compiler interprets it.

This only is for monitoring. A permanent solution is to hook up. a float charger 7/24. You leave that on for years battery will be ready for use anytime. Float charger is dirt cheap the www is your friend to buy one. I became an expert in lead acid battery and lithium after fed up with rip off price in store. I don't buy new battery anymore. I always am able to restore bad battery to good one to use for years. That requires me to build a special charger that brings back life of non charge or dead battery. 90% of battery that replaces out there can be restored to be reuse. What a waste and consumers lose while store and manufacturer laugh all the way to the bank. Here is the secret. Battery longevity (lead acid) trick is the float charger. That 13.5V will keep the battery happy for years whether you use or don't use it. I will incorporate and esp device to remote monitor the voltage as i have already done many IOT projects to home assistant already. Once one is done it just keeps growing with other IOT projects. I know you are curious about my special charger. It can do 1v to 110v restore any kind of battery chemistry from dead to alive. It won't do the severe one. Look up capacitor charger and build yourself one. Good luck and be safe of the 110V - 220V AC depending on the country you live in. Nowadays I only do lead acid and lithium battery. For years I build many lithium battery packs for my home solar storage system- thousand of cells by now so definitely i know the stuffs.

I actually got some time ago same SIEMENS contactors, that had the same bridhes on top and in the bottom. ome of them is a bridge that makes reversing motor possible and connects A2- from both contactors. Upper one is one that connects L1/L2/L3 normally to both but connects left NC contact to right A1+ and right NC to left A1+. To power right contact with 24v jou must put power into left contactor NC/22 because it has normaly closed contact. I use the same system in my packeging mashine that has motor that has to work both ways but both contactors cant be powered at the same time.

I still use Delphi today. It's definitely not extinct. Both Embarcadero, and Free Pascal (inc. Lazarus) are regularly updated. It's as low level as C, but with a nicer syntax imo. Thank you for sharing this, fascinating. Subscribed.

I was pretty anti Delphi when I started there but I've done a fair bit of work with it now and although I'm kinda enticed by things like Electron, I do like Delphi. Some small things like no ctrl+z in the visual IDE does massively bug me though 😅

Well, I do not know too much about control systems, but I'm willing to learn. And I do know that hydraulic systems contain hydraulic fluid. Their a special blend to also act as a preservative on the metal and o-rings, reduce boiling point and boil off, reduce flammability, etc. I used to work on aircraft hydraulics in the Naval Air. The other concepts you mentioned, valves, pumps, the hardware, I am very familiar with. I guess I just need to work on the controls side of things. I was thinking PLCs, or something similar. Background, mostly mathematics, with a heavy emphasis in ME courses, both BS and MS. Not sure what the best option is if I choose to go into PLC. I like robotics and machine vision. An are of interest is defect detection.
