In my church they promote hitting their children and making fun of their own abuse and not taking it seriously, my parents followed these actions and used them on me and my sister, I would approve of these actions because it was "the best for me" but as time passed I realized how much it hurt me and my sister, now I instantly cry when someone yells at me

Then he appeared to over five hundred brothers and sisters at one time; most of them are still alive, but some have fallen asleep. It always depends on the tone. My mom sometimes calls me a brat, but she says it in a joking tone so I know she doesn't mean it. It always hurts when they say it in a serious or angry tone. My mom called me the B-word when I was 7 because I left my tablet somewhere and didn't know where it was. We thankfully found it, but I never forgot that day because of how mad she was. I get it, but then again, I was 7.
