I have found white matter in the water in my glass co2 laser tube after not using for several weeks I have flushed the water out several times and it is not dissolving or getting out! Do you have any videos or instructions on how to go about cleaning this stuff from inside my tube. I have only used distilled water -- and used 1/2 RV antifreeze during the winter - only had my laser for little over a year. THANKS for any advise.

I laser cut fabric all the time. Fabric being pulled off the roll on to a conveyor, then cut by 2 heads would be speed up my work quite a bit! How much is that setup?

@@MimoWorkLaser Depends on what you're doing with it. I just have a "toy" cnc with a laser and have had more success with the router actually. My problems are always with alignments and getting things to actually work. The fumes are really nasty with the laser and the router is pretty much nothing.

@@MimoWorkLaser No problem. at this time we use cold TIG for weld stainless plate ga 16. in order to made non radius square tubes. we control the process at the point to have extra minnimun deformation but the welding time its too long an average of 3 sec. per 1 cm, so we need to switch asap to a laser process, what laser source do you recomend ? thank you

We don't use double side tape, cause there is strong suction from the vacuum table, that keeps the material still. Sometimes we also use the magnets for extra stability to ensure it doesn't move during the process. Hope that's helpful to you.
