A little late to the game however, I noticed you have it installed incorrectly the square notches at the end, just behind a chuck, locate into square plastic recesses, slightly back from where they are now, and lock into place when the casing is screwed together
My speaker turns on with only white light, no turn-on sound (jiggle) and not Bluetooth light. Tried to reset and hard reset, but still the same. Any tips?
Good video, but mine doesn't have screws holding the button panel on, nor does it have screws holding the circuit board. Looks like JBL changed the design to make it less serviceable. I'm still trying to figure it out.
I Guess you have different version, or you might have the JBL Flip 3 Stealth Edition.. I have both original Flip 3 and Flip 3 SE, and they are different. No screws holding the Flip 3 SE’s battery cover, but my other Flip 3 has, which i think is more convenient.

Hi. Looks like the battery is dead. Basically characteristic of the graph of batteries are usually that they are fine until gets to their end. Then all the characteristics goes to zero. Means that the battery can not be more recharged. Like this cafe.foundation/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/typical-lifepo4-discharge-curve.jpg
I did unscrew it disconnect it and put it back but that didn't work. I grabbed a samsung charger brick but used the OPO cable and that did work so the wall plug was faulty.
Hi. If You owning OnePlusOne - the very first model with 3GB Ram - then it is sad to say but Your phone is unfortunately gone. What happened waa - You must have the automatic update to Your operating system Android who updated overnight. When restarted on the end of updating the PROCESSOR on the motherboard faced to new challenges it had to handle and it was too heavy for it. That then resulted overheating and burned. This means that whole motherboard or just processor has to be replaced and still there is no guarantee that the phone will wake up. It is also an expensive solution. More expensive that buying other phone. If You know more people who had similar problem it can be reported as a group to OnePlus. Maybe they can offer something to this. So my advise to everyone is TURN OFF automatic updates of Android once the phone is nearly 2 years old. This is usually the end of guarantee. Otherwise the phone will turn to the brick. And does not matter what phone it is. Let me know when You find out how to fix this LOGO problem. But honestly I do not think it is worth to repair. If You have backup to Google account then You are fine. . .
t545o hard restart is volume down button pressed and power button at the same time. If these two method did not help then there is probably a problem with a motherboard of the phone. Try to search more on forums and if no joy, you need to bring this phone to the service centre.
