You look great and I hope you reach your goal!! I’m not sure what you’re doing diet wise, but I have had a ton of success in both weight loss and healing with going carnivore for a while and then gradually adding back in some veggies. You can find tons of RU-vid videos with people saying it’s worked for them too. I gained a lot of knowledge in particular watching Dr. Ken Berry. If you are still tweaking your program and haven’t looked into that realm of things, I encourage you to check it out!
I am in the DFW área so unfortunately it would be a bit too long of a drive for me to attend one of your classes. After watching a couple of your videos though, I know without a doubt that they would be a ton of fun!! I wish you much success with them!!
Thoughts about the padded part of the mat? Necessary? Trip hazard? Nice to have? Also how MUCH more do you like the Bellicon vs. JumpSport? I'm new to this, but I want to buy the right one off the bat. Is it worth the significant price difference? I was going to get Jumpstarts largest, most expensive option.
I actually wanted and bought one with the flap covering the bungee ropes as I am 76 and feel that safety factor would prevent feet or toes getting caught up. Although I don’t use the bar now it gives me confidence if I might need a balance adjustment. Do you also include the fact that many expensive ones need more assembly even the ropes.
Wouldn't really call jumping on a trampolene a workout tbh. It's just cardio at best, and doing literally anything would be better for that. You could do jumping jacks, for example, or jump ropes, or even just running in place.
No, objectively it's not. I mean, is singing a form of excercise? No. It's the same here. The tiny bit of energy you put into bouncing on a trampoline just doesn't help you at all. The return is just not worth it, and again, it's just cardio either way. You burn calories when jumping because it takes some energy to push against the ground and gravity, and to create distance from it. By taking away the strong surface and replacing it with a surface with give, you take away most of the force required to do so. You'd hardly burn calories, so if you're goal is weight loss it just isn't worth it. No matter whether it's excercise or not, you're only conditioning yourself bouncr better on the trampoline. This is hardly useful outside of that one activity, which goes to show other forms of cardio are more worth it. Now, I'm mot saying to anyone they can't bounce on a trampoline, or that they can't do whatever they want. Objectively speaking, it is just simply disingenuine at best, and not at worst a mistake that shows about, and simply ignores as she 'choaches' people. Don't take this as a genuine accusation, however, as I'm simply taking into consideration all possibilities. It is the internet after all. Do not also confuse my comment for hateful. I'm simply giving my take, and explaining how this activity would work out for you in the long run. Thank you for your time, I know this was a lot to read.
I am on zepbound now for a little while and I have been in your shoes. We all have good and bad days but for me, it turns off the desire to overeat and I can enjoy my food more because I eat slower. This has outweighed the side effects for me. It reduces the constant feeling of hunger which allows me to be more likely to stick to my diet. Working out resulted in me feeling horrible hunger pangs and made it difficult to sleep. It’s been such a blessing to feel normal and I don’t feel ashamed to take it. The side effects of obesity are way worse than the drug for me. I’m 317 lbs and it’s such an emergency to lose weight due to my obesity caused issues that I’ll take any help I can get. Your situation is different, and I really respect you for doing what you feel is right for you and know how hard that it is. But be kind to yourself if you need the drug to be healthy. There is no shame in that.
Thanks for the info! My doctor wants me to try Mounjaro (trizepitide) but I am TERRIFIED of the side effects. I have a very demanding job and don't want to try to do it feeling like garbage the whole time. Did you get any side effects at all? I have to get the weight off and I am in perimenopause so it's one heck of a struggle!
RIP Richard. I bet he's already up there running around and getting everyone up on their feet working their bodies and making every one feel good while grooving to the oldies.
As someone who used to do your workouts and was apart of your 90 day challenges, I was originally given access to your workouts, how can I get back to this?
There is a private link for all the past members to have access to the 100 workout library. If you don’t have this you can email me and I will send you the link. If you want access to the new workouts, you can sign up for those on my website. They will start August 7th.
It’s so hard to do on your own, because the portion sizes that is offered(or what we are used to) is so much bigger than what the body needs. And I totally feel you one drink kills my weight loss!
.20ml is 2.94mg trizepatide in your concentration of the medication. 😆 Talk to your sister about the medical math of it all. It was confusing to me at first too, but now i swear im a pro. 😆😆
Why would you increase your dosage without consulting your provider. It is absolutely not recommended. Especially considering the 2.5 dosage is just to get your body used to the medication.
