The show you couldn't remember is White Lotus. Also Aubrey Plaza has been in Marvel show just not one cannon to the MCU. She had a big part in Legion on FX.
@@CinemediaJunkies Because he doesn't look anything like the character in the comics, I feel like they chose Joe just to cause controversy, but I could be wrong if he's not confirmed as Billy
I'm someone who watches Formula One regularly but I'm also a relatively new fan. I only really got into the sport during the Covid in 2020. The part of the trailer where Pitt's character says "who says anything about safety" bothers me because they're trying to make this movie authentic, but if you watch the sport, safety is front and center. You can't watch a race without safety being mentioned or implied. The car's all have to adhere to a strict standard in terms of safety so regardless of how it's built, they are all at the same safety level. So, for Brad Pitt's character to dismiss safety is, for me as a Formula One fan, a bit silly and cheesy. Maybe he's a bit of a Maverick (lol) I know why they did it. Hollywood sells action movies on "danger" and it's always been considered cool for the main character to disregard their own safety. Its fine that you like the line... it's designed for the general audience who aren't familiar with the sport.
I can see why you think that line is maybe a little corny if you're a fan of the sport. I would like to think its more of the maverick story in essence of what you said trying to sell the movie to everyone and not just the fans that already exist for the sport and try to make it as exciting as possible!
That musical interlude is a love letter to Chicago imo. Matty has been EP from the start. He and Chef Courtney “Coco” Storer are the culinary producers also. In charge of all the food for the show. He's had her on his youtube show a few times. They are hilarious together. Not surprising they'd work together on a project like this. Oh Courtney's brother Christopher Storer is the creator of the show and his and Courtney's experiences are inspirations behind a lot of it.
I don't know if its the best action movie of all time but its up there. Kingsman Secret service is up there for me too. Good reaction, love the blue lighting
Loved this episode, great reaction. I loved the light switches for the scenes. The twins fight was incredible, he couldn’t stand that he killed his brother
Pay a good attention to all of Usopp lies ^^ and there are indeed a lot of differences in compare to the la :D. Because the anime make basically everything better XD
The book version was nothing cartoonish sadism. Brutality for the sake of it. This was more practical and straightforward. What they wanted was a d&d style heavy handed shock value bloodlust & gore to score sympathy points for your sports team...instead got an actual intelligent mellow, creeping horror tragedy. Which is what I always wanted from asoiaf. The more purists cope, the more I know it was good.
It’s no red wedding and I’m not sure anything ever will be but this was a good episode. Nice reaction, can’t wait to see the battles this season they are going to be huge
I enjoyed watching your reactions. There's just one thing that bothered me. It seems that you guys have a habit of laughing when you see a scene where someone dies.
JFYI on top of your great content. What mean “minus one" At that time, Tokyo was completely destroyed in the Great Tokyo Air Raid and was in a period of reconstruction. Then Godzilla appears and destroys it even more. “Minus one” means that. (Even before that, Tokyo had suffered devastating damage in the Great Kanto Earthquake.) Godzilla, who is the metaphor of God and living things, is a metaphor for them, and we are constantly being overrun by nature, war, and pestilence, but we must not give up and fight back! It contains those message in this movie. “Resist and live“ In 1945, The Tokyo air raids killed approximately 100,000 people in one night. After the war, the underground passage near Ueno Station, which was destroyed by air raids, was filled with war orphans who had lost their homes and families. According to a national survey, approximately 120,000 people were orphaned, and it is said that there were more than 1,000 orphans in the underground tunnels.
