I was born in Bmh Rinteln and I live in Glasgow my team is Glasgow Celtic & lately I've been trying to find out what town/ city was closest to my place of birth and I found out it's Bielefeld and as I'm a big football fan I said I'll take a wee interest in them from next season 22/23 I know nothing about them or if anybody can fill me in with the history/ players and who they regard as they're biggest rival I think I saw something about Schalke I could be wrong if so my apologies anywho much love from Glasgow
history: no titles, always switching between the first 3 leagues... the greatest icon of arminia is still active our striker Fabi Klos(most club goals and titled "Fußballgott" god of football ) he wanted to retire after last season but didnt want his era to end with a relegation and a head injury so he plays another season in the second divison ( everyone likes that). Our biggest Rival is preussen Münster but they relegated from proffesional football 1 year ago into the 4th division so there arent any games against them in sight. 2 other big rivals are VFL Osnabrück ( 3rd division) and VFL Bochum (1st division) so we have no real derbys next season, except for a "local derby" against paderborn the next biggest city to bielefeld but there is no history between the clubs. Our stadium "(Bielefelder) Alm" ("the bielefelder grassland", because it was an acre when we started playing there in 1926) is right in the city and has a capacity of 26k and good atmosphere.
