This is what I call home cooking -direct ,simple accurate and what is needed -And most of all too the point -Did it today and it came out so well -I ate this with a basmati rice and a simple masoor dal -It will go very well with the North Indian paratha too -super stuff 🎉
This is a variation -I’ve got to do -It may upset some traditionalists -But then yo never know till you do it -I’ve done a lot of your recipes ever since Ifound you on U tube ,and they have come out perfectly.
Yours is a very underrated channel -but I admire the simplicity an the ease you go about it out with minimal procedure and without overdosing it with spices -and most of all -a terrific variation from the standard stuff we come across on the tube
