Hi Jessica. It's me Lance. 2 parts to this message and I bet you will really like both parts of this message... I don't have much food idea but I just came up with a genius idea.... I have a big pan of left over refried beans and plenty of hamburger buns... I'm going to add seasonings and salts to my refried beans and then instead of a black bean burger, I'm going to make a refried bean burger.... So to my refried beans, I'm going to add, sea salt, chili powder, chipotle powder, and dried basil, then I'm going to make a veggie burger patty.... I don't have any butter or oil, so as an oil substitute to cook my refried bean burger in, I'm going to use A-1 steak sauce, then I'm putting my bean burger on a hamburger bun topped with some Valentina hot sauce.... ok, this recipe is definitely kind of weird, but this actually sounds kind of good. Jessica, have you ever tried a good black bean burger. Omg, they are so good ! I like my black bean burgers simply topped with fresh cut tomato and ketchup..... wow black bean burgers are good. They are rich like beef patties but they have such a healthy satisfaction to them.... I have never BBQ a black bean burger on a charcoal or propane grill but I really want to some day..... Part 2: .... Hey Jessica, once you have developed a solid and healthy personal life for yourself, it picks up your followers and gives them a healthier more solid life as well.... once you have picked up your followers, you can start playing with your followers. Lol, everyone likes to play..... For example, if you have a little extra and you want to play with your followers, you could go shopping and pick out one shirt that you really like, then you could have a Facebook drawing or something and one of your followers can win the shirt.... small things like that really mean a lot to people who follow you, and look up to you..... In my case, one example on my behalf.... I love scratch tickets.... So I would go pick out like 100 of my favorite scratch tickets from the gas station and then run a Facebook drawing..... Alright, I'm going to go make a refried bean burger 🍔.... I'll let you know how it was later.....

Actually African braiding is way older then that. Also cornrows started in Africa not Europe. We as black people can say that. White society has allways had problems with hair. You don't speak for us. What i notice white people start showing up on the comments section when black start talking about any topics relating to our culture or history. Cornrows and braids are NOT of African origin alone. They have been in use in Europe. The oldest known depictions of hairstyles that appear to be cornrows or braids are the statues known as the Venus of Brassempouy and the Venus of Willendorf, which date to 25000-30000 years ago and were found in modern day France and Austria. White people also have curly hair and occupying a hair style and calling everybody else racist is pretty narrow minded and actually racist. Even the depictions of the Thopian emporer Tewodros II wearing cornrows is misleading because Ethopia is not in West Africa where the abundance of slaves were taken from and bropught to the USA. And since there are depictions of ancient GReek warriors dating back to the 5th century BC it seems as though cornrows were taken over by Africans FROM Europeans. ALTERNATIVELY we could stop talking about "cultural approbiation" and open up our minds a bit more.

@@danislove7730 update :I decided to move forward with the treatment . I’ve done two rounds ( and for each round I did 50 units on each side ). If you have very large traps, I recommend starting with 50 units on each side, then going in for more rounds if necessary. Hope this was helpful !
