Generally we don't have to add baking powder to brownies, but since we are baking this brownie with a gluten free flour, the texture of the brownie will not be the same as maida brownie. So to make the texture less dense we add a bit of baking powder.
I wouldn't call this grating, it looks like julienne cut. I thought of buying this but I don't think it's useful to me at all. The slices are too thin and the grating is too thick. They should've provided at least 2 blades with different thickness for slicing and grating, it's expensive after all. b/w I was worried every time you put your hand in without removing the blade, the wound looks scary, take care

Instead of ragi flour Can we use bajra flour for bajra laddu, black urad dal flour for black urad dal laddu, any other flour?? Shelf life of this laddu with & without refrigeration ma?
Yes you can use any other flour. I make this with different flours each time I make it. I have mentioned about storage in the video itself. I live in chennai n I always store in fridge.
