It looks like it was a great event, I wish I could have been there to touch base with many of my former students and our former Program Coordinator (at least I got to see a few of them in the video - congrats, you all look wonderful!).

This would be even better if you had a link to a PDF to print it. It's like pulling teeth to find the actual forms for outcome measures. There are tons of research articles and videos but few forms.
