You spray everything with olive oil spray but when I looked it up it said that contains extra chemicals that we don’t need to consume a lot of so maybe use olive oil.

You did a good job cutting 💇🏾♀️ your own hair. My surgery is 1/13/2020 my hair is currently bra strap length I know I’m going to have to cut it once the shedding starts. I’m ok with that l know it will grow back 😊
Thanks for sharing your story l’m going through my Testing Now. And l don’t have a set date yet but my doctor has said in the New Year so it’s going to be January or February 2020. So as of now l’m still scared l was surprised but the doctor l have now was the same one that was recommend to me in 2013.by my Pcp. And my Pcp said l was a good candidate for the surgery and at the time my highest weight was 239 but when l was pregnant with my Son l gained so much weight l was 285 !😱🤭🤗 But l lost it l went down to 173 so l know the feeling when l was watching you l could relate to a few things you went through myself and my husband went got everything l wanted to eat.! Lol 😂 And this is also where my diabetes started l had to do injections then too But right after giving birth by C Section to my big handsome son it just left l was so happy.! And the time seeing this same doctor l saw him only 2 times and never went back after l saw how it was done l was scared.and at that time l had high blood pressure and was pre diabetic..and Now omg having hip pain lower back pain foot pain and swelling from standing and taking meds and still going to work were l too was on my feet a lot doing school crossing by NYPD and hoping to go for school safety or working in the office at the one police plaza or any where there was a opening which is what l really wanted to do. l had my own business before this where l was a “license child care provider “in my home but when l moved to where l am Now the owner didn’t want child care in here house.😡lol.! So l had to put my business on hold for a while and hope to pick it back up which haven’t but still hope if l’m able and l move which l’m also hoping to do. Then you know GOD Is GOOD just before l moved NYPD called me for this position.😊 And then down the line some Years 8 actually the Arthritis kicked in so fast my doctor said your so young to have this and l had to leave my job because the hip pain turned into Arthritis in both Hips and knees so l need surgery only on my hips and my per diabetes turn into diabetes and l was just losing and gaining the weight and with the weight caused more pain on my knees so l lost the weight again. Went down to 212 managed it for a while couple of years but now the weight is creeping up AGAIN lol.!😮 And now l’m 219 so l went and l saw my doctor decided l need to do this surgery l can’t take these’s injections everyday and l just started taken them in August and went through 3 different one’s-and the third was good for me. l had been taken a pill since 2015 and it then they increased it and it made me sooo sick l had to stop for a little while so now l’m taken the injections l have to try in bring my A-1 C down this why l agree to take this but soon l can STOP taking it along with a Whole bunch of other bull shit that can’t wait to stop taking. So l just pray all of it will be successful for me in the the sleeve surgery,. and then my hips surgery’s too once l’m heal from my first surgery but l Now know it’s the right thing for my to do.
