We usually avoid nonstick cookware, aluminium and other cookware which is hazardous to our health and we usually prefer cast iron, stainless steel, copper and glassware etc.
We also avoid unhealthy vegetable oils and fats and we prefer olive oil, cold pressed oils and pure home made ghee etc.
We also avoid artificial sugar and sea salt instead we use natural sweeteners like dates, raisins, organic jagger and pink salt.
