This channel is a multi year journey that includes purchasing 6 acres of land in the middle of the Arapahoe National Forest.

Our First step was to find a company that would actually deliver pre-built "mini" cabins for our family and friends to be able to instantly enjoy the land camping. This was a very anxious process filled with many moments of "Well, there goes the cabin down the side of the mountain". BUT, they both made it successfully to the land and have been great ever since delivery.

The Second step (still in progress) is to build a 12 x 24 cabin from scratch. Since I only get a scattered amount of weekends to work on this project and the Mountain is only accessible about 6 months out of the year, progress has been relatively slow. In 2023 I was able to build the foundation, the walls and the roof structure. I wrapped it up tight for winter and have just started on the other projects in 2024: Sliding Glass Door, Windows, Metal Roof, Siding, etc.
