am writing to share a serious incident involving your Lane Assist system, which directly led to an accident. While this technology may seem effective under ideal test conditions, it’s important to highlight that theory and practice differ greatly, especially in real-world driving environments, which are 99% different from the roads in Germany or controlled test environments. Here’s what happened: I was driving on a narrow road when a person on a moped approached my car from the right, unpredictably and unsteadily. To avoid a collision, I attempted to steer left to give the rider space in case he fell or lost control. However, at that exact moment, your Lane Assist system detected a line on the left and took control, forcing my car back to the right. The result? Instead of avoiding the moped, I ended up hitting the rider. What could have been a simple avoidance maneuver turned into an accident because your system overruled my actions. This situation clearly demonstrates that, instead of enhancing safety, your system can actually endanger it, particularly in unpredictable scenarios. Such driving aids should be reserved for specific circumstances or for individuals with particular needs, but they should not be activated by default for all drivers. In critical moments, only the driver is capable of making the best decision based on the situation. I urge you to reconsider the default activation of Lane Assist and to allow drivers to decide when and if they want this feature engaged. Many users share their frustrations on forums and in RU-vid videos, explaining how to disable this system. It’s crucial not to impose such technology where it may cause accidents. Please take this real-life accident seriously and adjust the system to ensure that it no longer compromises the safety of drivers and other road users. Sincerely,

PLEASE Audi, come back to who your are, what we love and what our soul wants. Politics aside, your crazy engineers will do it, love it. I demand, a new PROPER Quattro, in five years !🥰
Bonsoir.
Don’t know if it’s true or not, but I heard that the mechanics would find fingers in the group B cars after the race from where people would put their hand out as they were coming by that’s insane
