I’m wondering if you add an egg to the filling can you cook it I know the filling is like cream cheese this is a no bake cream cheese cake if you don’t have any cream cheese thank you for this recipe
Bread Flour 500g Sugar 70g Salt 8g Yeast 8g Eggs 2pcs Fresh Milk 120g ( +-) Shortening 30g 1. Combine all ingredients except shortening, mix from slow to medium speed until you form a dough. 2. Add shortening then mix until smooth and elastic. 3. Rest and cover until double in size. 4. After resting portion each dough into 100g each or desired weight. 5. Shape into a ball, then rest and cover until double in size. 6. After resting brush with eggwash and sesame seeds on top. 7. Bake at 180c for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
