i like the concept of this built. Going to be prop just a fun idea compered to the centurion version but all love to my dolls need to play my ulti constructs

Hey just wondering what are your thoughts behind playing pure vs a branded, punk danger, eldlitch(I know the combo video would be worse) or any other variant. I've had periods where I try to get into yugioh so I bought staples when they were low and somewhat kept up with the game but I've yet to try locals so I don't have the greatest understanding of everything.
Personally I don't compete in locals so I don't have insight in playing competitively~ As for deciding what engines to put in a deck, i usually try and think what the deck aims to accomplish in the end, and then consider whether the engine I want to add will actually help with that goal. I usually value consistency over a potentially crazy board but with lower consistency while building a deck (unless of coz the consistency board does literally nothing😂). I usually do 10-20 test hands to see if they brick or not. Hope my advice helped! 😊
I'm currently building a branded zombie deck. Unfortunately after the ban list pure zombies is just not that strong without Halq. There are ways to play it pure to get 2-3 interruptions, although at locals level, it's hard to do anything with pure zombies. Your best bet it to play punk, eldlitch.
I believe it is a place holder for any zombie monster just like how rivalry is a placeholder for the two other cards in your hand just saying any zombie monster works because they never use it for a synchro play

so basically if you open exactly the best starter, the best discard and the best extender you can put 2 interruptions on the board, assuming no interruptions. °3° rip zombies, fiber will be missed
with chaos ruler gone, i would for sure consider putting a small tearlaments engine instead of the p.u.n.k. engine. For the side decks, i would go with lightning storm, dark ruler, duster, forbidden droplet, evenly matched etc, just boardbreakers and spell trap removal in general. I feel like hand traps arent super effective in the current format.
