I'm surprised that you shocked that banks in Morocco dont open on weekends!! Banks in Canada opens 5 days till 3:30pm/4pm and they open Saturdays till 12pm, but they close Sundays just like Morocco. I think in all countries you can not open a bank account without getting the PR card. Even In Canada you can't open bank acount if you are not Permanent Resident! Yeh that's the education system in Morocco, students walk home from school to eat hot lunch. You can find other options at private schools for your kids. Both man and women work in Morocco, and nowadays they don't rely on one income for a household. Don't compare Morocco to America, Morocco is a different country and has different culture، otherwise you won't be able to integrate. Health system can be a struggle if you rely on public hospitals. All Morocco Canadian travel to Morocco to see a specialist doctors because of the waiting list in Canada. In America you can't see a doctor if you dont have health insurance. In Morocco idont have PR card you still can see a doctor or go to private clinics.

Hi Erin thanks for the video. My husband is from Morocco and he says they do get snow in Morocco near the Atlas mountain areas. And he says when it's cold there it gets very cold.

In arabic language there is always a vowel (short or emphatic). But in darija (which is 90% arabic) we as moroccans tend to ignore vowels and that's our difference with the orientals. For example, flouss (money) is in reality foulouss (even it's a grec word adopted by the arabs). Houayej (clothes) is in arabic haouayj. Hmar (donkey) is himar...
