Hey, first of all great modlist. I have a concern with the modlist. I know rockstar made a new update to gta online the past 27th of June and i was wondering if the modlist works even with the update or not. I've seen some comments on most mods saying that they need to be updated or otherwise it breaks their game. It may sound stupid, but this is not the first time this has happened to me and it made me lose way too much time reinstalling the game and so on. Anyway, keep up the good work and thanks a lot in advance.
Am I the only one who dislikes the non existent face covering in the military suits. Body cam footage is a thing. The helicopters have surveillance cameras. I know its a game and we’re supposed to bend realism, but mass murdering a bunch of cops with your face exposed plainly to see doesn’t seem like a good plan to me.
Man this reminds me of something I've been saying for years. "I wish GTA V was GTA Online and I wish GTA Online was GTA V." What I mean by that is, I much prefer the voiceless protagonist you create in GTA Online, but I also much prefer the quality seen in GTA V single player. I really wish the rags to riches GTAO character was playable in GTA V. You can really see the possibility of the character working as one of the side characters/heist associates for the main cast, and then becoming a playable character with a whole new beginning treating the GTAO character in GTA V single player as your sandbox character, ie your self insert character. Unlike the main cast you're not handed everything and have to use that character to work up from rags to riches just like GTA Online used to be, ie 9mm pistol and 300 bucks off the plane. You would say be able to play the character in single player only after finishing the main story.
Is the mod Premium Deluxe Motorsport Car Dealership working? I saw in the comment section that it bugs the camera underground and you have to restart the game. Wondering if it's worth installing.
Seeing that people had spotted multiple Leonida LE agencies in the GTA 6 trailer, I can only hope RDE made Rockstar take notes. Kinda how GTA 4 police mods (particularly the ones to add proper LED lightbars) seemingly influenced the ELS on vanila GTA 5 emergency vehicles.
I have a question - so here you mention 2 mods (RDE and PEV). Are you saying that I should download both? Asking because the RDE 5mods page states that only one of these two mods should be downloaded, not both. If you do install both, which version of PEV do you recommend more, SALE or DTAR?
Wish I had a PC. I think this is really cool. I’ve always said the same questions, why are the cops so boring, why are the cars so boring, and why are the guns so boring. Why do cops also never just patrol at all. Also not to mention why is there no sheriff department for Los Santos that responds, why are there no local LAPD agencies at all. And why is Blaine County made up of Los Santos County Sheriff?? Also why are there no special units or actual Highway patrol, not simply SAHP which says Los Santos County Highway Patrol (which doesn’t appear really) only in Online. This mod is sick on how it adds that depth and how you can add realistic patrol and police response. I think this mod could be really cool if it worked with LSPDFR
Don't forget that random crash can happen because of the outdated mods (Most of this mods are old & outdated comparing to the lastest version of the game)
in GTA IV, you could hide in cars just like V, just that it didn't grey out your icon on the map. The stars are grey which means they are searching, and sometimes you can see multiple Enforcers, LCPD, and even helicopters go by you as you sit in a car.
Can you do a tutorial on how to mod this game? I'm trying to mod this game, but I am struggling so damn hard. There just isn't alot of in depth, quality tutorials on how to do all this. 😮💨
A cool mod idea could also be a wanted system like RDR2. Patrols looking for one of the 3 characters, greyed out stars, different counties search. Combine that with this mod and the whole game would come to life.
There was a time (around 2021) where the mod (RDE 3.1.1) was hard to use because of crashes. As a result, I made my own mod. Thus, "Dispatch Reworked" was born!
Payday cops were literal badasses with those juggernaut suits, special units like the cloaker. Makes the GTA police force look like untrained idiots taking a dangerous wanted man head on. Now this mod makes them all threatening and effective and even more realistic which I really like.
It's all good and that, but I don't think it's the chopper's off livery is what breaks the immersion in the scene where a heavy armored dude casually carrying a minigun shoots said chopper down.
