Hello friend, I just analyzed your RU-vid channel and found some problems 1. SEO score is deficient 2. The tag is not SEO-friendly 3. Social media platforms are not shared and there are many problems in your RU-vid channel. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will go viral. If your channel is a little optimized and the videos are SEO, your channel will rank very fast and grow.
My grandparents used to live here, moved there from the Brewster Projects in the 50's. The house fell into disrepair after my grandmother's death. I had so many good memories there...sitting on the front porch with my grandparents (where there were climbing rose bushes and potted marigolds), the freshly washed laundry drying on the clotheslines in the backyard, the festive block parties... A cousin recently sent me a photo of the work that's being done there. So far, so good. I haven't seen the finished product yet, as I now live in Mid-Michigan.
Most definitely a beautiful masterpiece! This is heaven on earth for sure! God bless for the ones who are lucky enough to be able to afford such a gorgeous home. I so wish that was was lucky enough to have such a beautiful place to live like this one.

Having lived only 20 miles from Bloomfield Hills over 20 years of my life, my first question is How can you afford to HEAT that place in winter? It gets below zero in February there. The heating bill alone would bankrupt a millionaire within five years. I won't mention insurance and security or power.
Certainly some very nice elements in the formal living spaces, especially the foyer and living room and master suite. Not so impressed with the more casual areas though.
basement was NOT 'waterproofed', the interior system is a water diverting system, not waterproofing. 2:15 mark, they covered 2 crs blocks up off floor to hide, conceal water/mold/efflorescence n maybe somedeteriorating blocks, above that membrane is more efflorescence that was painted over
