Thank-you so much! Your videos are just what we beginners need. I was nervous and wasn't landing right. Learned it from you. Now side breathing is taking time. In self doubt again. But like you said, it takes practice & patience.
Ein Klasse Zelt, ich habe es seit über 11 Jahren im Einsatz auf Radtouren. Genial einfach im Aufbau, super Qualität. Viel besser als das was es heute so zu kaufen gibt 😊 Michael
Great instructor. Am going to practice the breathing on the side and see how it goes. Am getting frustrated I can swim simply because I can breathe whiles swimming 😂
side breathing is so challanging that now i've just started & this is my 10th day & i'm still unable to do it correctly. -either while taking breathe, i lift my face up on surface & my lower body sinks. -even after taking single breath, my momentum gets lost/reduced that i'm not able to move forward & again due to panic..ran out of breath. -even while doing side breathing, i drank almost 100ml pool water within 30mins!! -mostly while doing all things simultaneously is really challenging, i sometimes unconsciously forget to do kicking while taking breath or stop doing hand movement & eventually sinks down with drinking hell lot of water!!
Thank you for inviting us over @Decathlon! Truly meant a ton to be invited for Mountain Days Podcast 💛 Had a wonderful conversation with Mouna! Thanks for being a wonderful host! Cheers 🤙🏽😄
just learning swimming and nishas viedeos are spot on , and makes it easy to understand .. ive learned more in her 3 min videos than in the last couple of days ..
I think that's way too much lifting of the head. I reckon only one eye should be out of water and that's enough to take a nice gulp of breath with your mouth. In fact even your mouth doesn't need to be completely out of water to take a good breath without swallowing any water. But that only works if you swim in a pool. When swimming in rough waters you will have to lift your head a bit more.
