@stesj4 so, I guess you didn't watch the video. Check out minute 3:30-4:30 again. Sure, you can rough both sides first then hone. Results will be the same.
@stesj4
@stesj4 7 дней назад
@@EverythingPractical There you show the wrong method. You should start honing on the burr side.
@EverythingPractical
@EverythingPractical 7 дней назад
It won't matter, you need to hone both, then return to the burr side to finish. So, three times. Actually the directions don't include to hone the burr side once finished. The directions are coarse side and hone, flip the knife, coarse and hone, then you're done.

The key holder is already on the tool, is on the other side, is hidden. The opposite handle of the clip, look there you need to pull it up, is attached to the tool. It is on mine, so it should be on yours. It's on the side of the scissors, on the outer part, there is a little notch, pull it up! So, you don't need to remove the clip.

I use a carbonator cap with a pepsi quick disconnect, hose and CO2 cylinder with regulator. I can carbonate anything including fruit like seedless grapes with a modified inline water filter case. The carbonator cap screws onto any regular soda bottle and adding CO2 to cold juices etc. holding them upside down and shaking them so the CO2 gets absorbed well. I push the valve in a bit on the cap to release some of the pressure and unscrew the carbonstor caps usually about a minute after carbonating with no mess. I have a sodastream as well but find it messy like you do. Thanks for the video, well done!

@@HarryNansenThe answer you got isn’t exactly right. If you mean like “Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider,” then, yes-because Martinelli’s takes the label off (not literally) “Martinelli’s Sparkling Apple Juice” and slaps “Cider” on. They are the exact same product sold differently as a marketing thing. In reality, actual sparkling cider is a product of fermentation, which is a much longer process. All you’re doing here is carbonating apple juice, which produces you sparkling apple juice. They are two very different products that taste very different from each other. If you’re going for Martinelli’s, though, this is the way. Just don’t call it cider ha
@HarryNansen
@HarryNansen 2 месяца назад
@@studentism I am not from the US, and have never tasted a Martinelli's. But I get your point anyway. Fermentation is definitely a critical factor in the production of cider.

I've found that if you slowly vent things you can carbonate anything. Also, you can still carbonate things WITHOUT the tube being submerged. So if you only fill the bottle half it will have more room to expand and not spray everywhere

Can that headset be safely charged with a Jabra charging stand? Found a tossed out pair of what I think are the Evolve 75, and a charging stand, but not sure if the stand works with the headset. Thank you. I set up the headset & stand, but plugged the stand into a regular phone charger. Should the stand be plugged into a PC? I need a corded vacuum. The weight of cordless ones is too much for me, after a few minutes, and I run out of steam after cleaning one room very well anyway, so the lack of a long cord is not an issue. I will look at your other reviews as well! Thank you for an objective and personalized video review.

You are supposed to shove the bottle on and then push it forward. Then when you start gassing , the bottle is supposed to slide down about 1/8 inch to seal better. I just found that out today and I don't think that is in the instructions. I thought there was something wrong with by soda stream. But now gas is leaking past the O-ring and the unit is less than one year old. I also saw Walmart selling an older type that you screw on. I think that one is better and by comments on Redditt , it is better than the O-ring type. So this shove on and click down bottle system is crappy compared to the old ones that you screw on to make a good seal. I bet they don't blow the liquid out either. The old type seal against the top of the bottle and not the side like the o-ring.
@jeffbguarino

I recarbonate the flat drinks all the time. You just have to monitor and slowly pump the gas in. I have a manual soda stream and didn't know there were automatic ones. The manual one is good enough for me and I can really control how the gas is entering the liquid. Just keep pushing the button and watching the coke or whatever drink so that it doesn't gas over. Then leave the bottle attached for a while. After a minute of so take the bottle off and it tastes exactly like the original.

I have found lately that manufacturers these days do not want to go to the expense of printing a compete Manual so I go on line where I can find what I need and print it out. I did that this morning when I received my new Dyson V12.

This was a great video, and you're the only reviewer I've seen who mentioned that a single arm can be used, instead of arbitrarily using both. Although, I wouldn't recommend cutting a piece of your table off just to make space for the monitor arm's base. I think it would have been a far more practical solution to drill a gromit hole, and then connect the base using the gromit mount accessory.
