I requested a refund but decided to keep it a while longer and, if I really did not like it, give it away. I have taken it to my doctors office and also compared the readings to my older normal BP cuff I used as a medic. Indeed, it is accurate and is quick to use, stores numbers, can average over a short period of time and shows heart rate (with an visible beating heart to show regularity or not). It has a nice and small hard plastic case. This turns out to be a must have for anyone who wants to keep track of BP. In fact, I have a friend my age who just had a transient ischemic attack (sort of a mini-stroke lasting only a few minutes without causing brain damage) and I have purchased a second one of these at around $45 bucks to mail to her in Canada! This is easy to use because you don't have to mess with trying to reach around to get an arm cuff in position and tight enough. Well written and clear directions. Highly recommend and I am a paramedic!*

Not just KIDNEY disease, acute kidney injury & acute interstitial nephritis, PPIs are associated with Increased risk of Myocardial infarction associated with PPIs (even in general population) & ischemic cardiovascular events. PPIs with ASPIRIN - Higher mortality rates. Even causes Anaemia by B12 absorption. PPIs issues with Clopidogrel raised lot of alarm by even USFDA, Even Hyperparathyroidism is reported and Clostridium difficile associated GI infections & Hypomagnesaemia.
